It was one of the few days that the mix was not following his Brother around. Se had mumbled about something this morning - being in a foul mood that was not his usual - before demanding that his consciousness should leave him alone. Deciding that he would take advantage of the situation, leaving it to Ira to take care of the male, he had headed out to the Capital in search of something entertaining to do. Still being early in the morning there were quite a few places that as of yet were not open. Giving a huff in annoyance, he stared around at the shops that lined the main street. Surely something had to be open. From a passing conversation once he had learned that his Father had a shop somewhere down this street - if he recalled correctly. Deciding to check it out, he started on his way.

The male fox was going about his usual business of sweeping and cleaning the front store area. He often came by before the shop opened to make sure that everything was ready for the day ahead of them. He had been working in this shop for a while, first starting off with keeping the empty building from being taken by anyone else, - playing on his aspect of being invisible - Aderlass had then been kind enough to offer him a job working here when he had gotten older. When the door opened to reveal a new customer, the small bell chiming to announce him to anyone who was in the back, the fox panicked for a moment before quickly placing his broom against the wall. Silently he cursed himself, apparently he had forgotten to re-lock the door when he had entered, and a potential customer thinking it meant the store was open had entered. Not wanting to scare off any potential customer but not sure how to handle the situation, he remained silent as he watched the strange mix proceeded to walk around, inspecting the cases and their contents.

The mix was actually amazed to see that the jewelry shop was actually open. Entering he gave a small cringe at the sound of the small bell as it announced his presence. While it might make logical sense business wise to have one it did not mean that the customers always liked the sound provided. It did nothing for sneaking around.
Looking around the male did not automatically see anyone and raised an eyebrow questioningly before giving a mental shrug. Walking around the small shop he stopped every now and then to see what it was that was held behind the glass cases.
He was actually pretty impressed by the quality and variety of items on display. Not that it should really surprise him, considering after all who the owner was and the links he would have been able to make with craftsmen.
On one item in particular caught his eye and he stopped to examine it carefully.

The fox continued to watch the potential customer carefully as he walked around the shop. When it seemed that the strange mix had found something in particular that had caught his interest, he decided that now would be a good time to sneak into the back and get Majida to take care of the situation.
As he was turning to head towards the back of the store, he suddenly became tangled up in his own tails and tripped over the broom he had leaned against the wall. At the harsh smack sound of the broom landing on the wood floors the fox gave a cringe. There was no way that was a sound the mix could miss, not unless he was deaf.
Glaring down at it he silently waited for the mix to react, figuring that the mix was probably going to freak out over the -well to him- unfounded sound.

Hearing the sharp smack of the broom handle on the floor, the mix twirled around to see the cause. Only seeing the broom lying there he figured the person must have run off. It was only than that he remembered that there had be no one around when he had first entered.
Deciding that someone must have come in while he had been distracted, he also figured that they must have slid behind one of the displays.
Silently he made his way over to the where the broom now lay passively. Coming around the corner he gave a blink of surprise when he found that no one was there. He stood there for a moment, puzzling over the situation before deciding that it really was of no importance.
After all, he had had much more crazy things happen to him. Shrugging it off he headed back over to where the item that had caught his attention lay.

The fox gave a sigh of relief when the odd mix walked off again. Unbeknown to him he had been staring directly at his culprit. Deciding now would be a good time to cut his loses and make his way out of there, he turned, making sure to miss the broom, and this time carefully and silently made his way out of the room.
Heading to the back he tried to find Maji, goal in mind to inform her about the customer and have her take care of it. It was to his horror to find that Maji had just entered the bathroom to prepare herself for the day. It always took her a while, an allotment of time that he did not really have to just sit around and wait for her.
Gnawing on his bottom lip he tried to think of what to do. He could try to take care of the customer himself. After all the mix did not really seemed to phased by the broom incident, maybe he was made of sterner stuff?
Deciding to at least go downstairs to keep an eye on the customer, he headed down stairs still worrying.

The mix was starting to wonder if maybe he had made a mistake, and the shop was indeed not open yet. Though why the door would have been open than was beyond him. Staring around he gave a frustrated growl when he discovered that it was just as empty as it had been a moment before.
Deciding that he did not care if they were really open or not, he took things into his own hands. "Hello?" He called out, making sure that he was loud enough to summon anyone who might be in a back room. He wanted attention and by all things that were he was going to get it. "If anyone is here I would greatly appreciate assistance."
Just because he was angry, impatient, and demanding did not mean he had to be completely rude. Father Elias had taught him better then that.

The fox was now standing behind the counter watching the mix when the male called out. He could not repress a wince, his three tails falling a little to touch by his back legs, when he noticed that just by the tone alone it was suggested that the mix was getting agitated, the fox began to worry more. There was no way that Maji was going to get down here in time to see to the customer.
Afraid for what the odd mix might do if he was ignored for too long, he did not look like the kind who one would be safe ignoring for any reason when he demanded attention, he took a deep breath. Quickly thinking over his options he did not really see any but to take things into his own hands.
Hoping that it would not bite him later, he took a deep breath. "How can I help you?"

Hearing the voice call back, he glanced around sharply. Not spotting anyone on sight he thought for a moment that he had simply been mistaken, maybe someone had not really answered him. Giving a frown, he thought that over. No, no, he was more then aware that the sound had come from this room but he did not see anyone.
It really was too early in the morning for this. "I have about had it of these games. Show yourself or I will take my business elsewhere" His voice was clear with his frustration, his tone would make any Court official happy. He waited impatiently, his paw tapping on the ground an agitated beat.
Definitely way to early in the morning to be playing such games. Seriously, what kind of shop was his dad running here? With the way things were going he was amazed the shop was still in business.

Giving what he was sure was an audio gulp, the fox tried to think of something to redeem the situation. Apparently he had not managed to do anything that would fix the situation but rather from all appearances had made it worse. Oh, what was he to do now.
Figuring that he could not really do anything but take yet more steps forward he awkwardly cleared his thought. "Sir, I beg your pardon . . . I am currently here." He raised a piece of paper that was on the counter to bring the mix's attention to his location. "I am afraid that no one can see me sir. The name is Asher," He was not really sure how to explain that he was invisible to someone. Hoping that his name would help eliminate some of the tension from the situation, he continued, "what is it that I can do for you?"
