(( OOC: <3 Okay by me. My muse just about kicked the bucket yesterday. She only came back by chance. ))
"Then let's go. Let's go before they find us!" Zane said, for once without hesitation. He wanted to leave. He wanted to explore. He didn't want to be dependent and a pathetic excuse for a person.
"Isn't the Court of Diamonds the closet place that's far away from here?" He said with a questioning tilt of the head. Geography wasn't his greatest subject. Hell, math was his only strong suit. That however did nothing to attract the attention of his peers. He was still an awkward and lonely boy.
Not that lamenting over how awkward and lonely he was would fix the situation. Taking charge (to some extent) would probably change things in the tiniest bit. And helping his sister plan the great escape might be a step in a whole new direction. Perhaps it was only a crazy idea, but it was something. And he hoped that his sister was serious about her comment, she sounded sincere at the least!

Ceren nodded enthusiastically, wings fluttering with her desire to leave the forest. Oh, by the gods, what pleasure it would be to finally be rid of this dull place! Ceren couldn't help but feel a twinge of affection for her leathery-winged brother. She had thought that he would come simply to distract her, and now (wonder of all wonders), he had actually provided her with an out. If she wasn't so morally against even the idea of it, she would likely even give Zane a hug.
She nodded, eyes shining. "I think so.. We could find and bother Father, if we wanted.. Or see what else we could get ourselves into." Her expression turned thoughtful. There were so many sights to be found in the world... If she was a bit braver, she would suggest a trip to the Wastes, but... Not even she wanted to risk a venture there. The Court of Diamonds was more than good enough for the two of them. Things would be busy there, and the two young sparrows might even be able to pass by most of the higher-ups completely unnoticed.
Zane had definitely gained something in Ceren's eyes, that was sure. The sparrow had always felt that her brother had some benefit to the world.. Now she had a better idea of what that benefit could possibly be. She grinned slightly as her feet hit the path to the Diamond Court, shooting a daring grin back at the mix.

He didn't hesitated to go towards the Diamond Court's Path. "Father would hardly approve of us getting into trouble, so we might as well depart without him." The sparrow shrugged as he stepped on the path. He had reached a new point in his life, or so he hoped.
Thing would be different from here on out. He would be an adventurer, he would do things that others thought were insane. Zane was determined to be an outcast. Or at least a little bit more interesting than his brothers.
The sparrow suddenly appreciated his sister a bit more. She seemed far less cruel than she usually was. Perhaps it was the desperation to leave this place of invisible rules and reasons? Or perhaps it was something he had never noticed before.The time for contemplation was over, it was time for action.
Ultimately the bird could careless. He was off on some sort of adventure.
