Notes: She is a firm believer of Yarrow morals... when in the Yarrow. Disapproving of males as a whole, but not completely against them, she is highly intelligent and was schooled in Esterberry, her father’s (female father) Region.

Basic Magical Ability: She can ignore moderate amounts of pain for up to twenty minutes.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, she gains an immediate proficiency with any weapon that she picks up. This can be activated and deactivated at will.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, she can inflict mental pain on another card of any suit, once per day. The degree of pain is akin to that of having an especially large and heavy book crashing down on one’s head repeatedly. After about ten minutes of this torture, it will result in a mild concussion for the victim that will last anywhere up to an hour at the player’s discretion.


Note: Anne is deceased, so the above powers don't work. They're just listed there because I find her pain ability to be hysterical. She haunts the largest Public Library in the Capital City. She has two months to live and gather points. ^^;;
