Screaming even louder at that last chomp to his limb, the Ace threw himself backwards as soon as Lythero's grip loosened and crashed into a garbage can as he did so. He immediately jerked back up to his feet, wobbling unsteadily at the pain and adrenalin coursing through him, and bared bloody teeth at the freakish threat of a person. What the hell were they sending after him now?!

He turned tail and bolted away, moving as fast as he possibly could on three legs. His bloody limb was going to be injured for weeks, he just knew. This would make healing awkward, and eating even more so. Where was he going to find food? How was he going to get it? Would he just starve while he recuperated? Where would he be able to steal food from...

Pupils huge, he raced through the streets in a blind panic, attempting to get somewhere safe.

Honker burst into tears when everything was said and done. He flopped to the ground in a miserable heap, trying his hardest not to choke on his own tears.

Lythero had no sympathy for the little swan dog, he was too happy about the blood that he had spilled. If the stupid swan dog hadn't been so cowardly than he would have been able to kill the blasted thing. It would be one less Ace to worry about in the world. They were all obviously blithering monsters that just needed to be put out of their misery. He was surprised that Honker could even think, let alone talk and form coherent sentences. It was a plus but he still wanted the damn thing to die. How could he make his region superior when he was attached to an Ace!

The swan dog really hoped the other Ace was okay. He hadn't meant to hurt him.... this just went so badly. With a whimper Honker rose. He couldn't stay here. He should find some place else to be. Making sure he went in the opposite direction the swan dog took to the streets.

He really missed Mommy and Daddy.
