The bar was filled to the brim with people. The excited sparrow enjoyed all of the attention he got from his patrons. Tonight was especially exciting--it was filled with complete strangers. It had been a while since Ez was alone in such a strange place. He was happy he decided to change his route just a bit. Ezekiel watched as a waitress passed him, eying him just as much as he eyed her. Too bad, she wasn't his type at all, she had a fantastic choice in clothing. She had obviously added various ribbons and ruffles to prove her status at the bar was higher than the other girls. She had very elegant tastes. His thoughts were interrupted with wolf whistles and cat calls. He smirked and flaunted what he had, only to find that he had ungracefully bumped into a man. When he would drop that habit he would never know. "I'm sorry, sir," Ez blushed, "I didn't mean to run into you like that."

Ashwin slurped at his beer, drunk off his ass and having a great time. The bar was loud and rowdy tonight, Furgus having to work double-time just to keep the patrons supplied with sweet nectar - or foul, stinking grog, as their preferences ran. His girls were hustling a bit too quickly for the inebriated pine martin to get in any pinches like he usually would. It was disappointing, but not enough to ruin his mood.
He'd made an excellent purchase that day, a truly spectacular litter nearly falling into his hands. Not anywhere near Highland quality, of course, but they were showy little things that would fetch an excellent price, especially if he could train them into a few tricks to make customers 'ooh' and 'ahh'. Leopards always sold so well...
The world suddenly swayed a little and he lurched towards the counter to compensate, his drink spilling all over the wood and onto the floor. He stared at it mournfully for a moment, mustache dripping at the ends in poignant emphasis of his loss, before turning round to blink blearily at the cause of his sudden near and actual spill.
What a pretty little thing she was, all done up in a revealing corset with Lakeland fur flowing every which way. He blinked vaguely unfocused gray eyes and smiled, reaching over to pat at her arm. "No harm done, dear. Though... the least you could offer in apology is a little kiss, don't you think?"
((Good... god, he's such a lecherous drunk. *SNORT*))

"I could always give you more than a kiss if you like," Ez smiled. He leaned into the man's hug and kissed him softly on the cheek. Wasn't this the pine martin that his father had warned him about? Not that Ez was very keen on listening to his fathers warnings.
He eyed the man up and down in a quick glance as he remained in the embrace. The sparrow could have easily done worse in the bar, and this pine martin was attractive.
Ez had already made the offer. He just had to see if the pine martin would take him up on it. Maybe if he added a bit more he could work his magic? "Perhaps I should replace your drink?" the sparrow said with a curious head tilt.
Even if this feel through, tonight would be interesting. If one man refused him in the bar, there was always someone who would take him up on his offer. He somehow doubted, though, that they would be as drunk and flirt as this man. That held interesting prospects in itself.

The only magic Ez would have to work would be seeing how quickly he could get out of a public place and strip off his corset. And, perhaps, hide certain aspects of his anatomy that Ashwin remained blissfully unaware of. His expression quickly perked up, whiskers twitching as he grinned and regarded the pretty young 'girl' who'd fallen into his arms.
Could his luck really be so good? He hadn't even been looking to score tonight! And offering to buy him a drink... definitely not a whore. A slut, almost certainly, but not a whore. That was just fine. Promiscuous girls usually knew what to do with themselves, which was always good when he felt a little off-kilter from the alcohol. He was just glad he didn't have problems with impotence. That had sent several of his old friends down and out of the running.
"Dearie, you can give me anything you want, so long as you let me play with my gifts." Not one of his best lines, but what could be expected this far into his drink? He cuddled her closer, rather impressed despite himself at how solid she felt. Obviously used those arms for flying in her other form.

He smirked. Not the best pickup line, but it was good enough. He should at least buy one drink for the man to test his limits. Ez waved his hand at the bartender, who slid them a set of drinks. "I think, just to be proper, we should have one more drink for the road. If you can handle it of course."
Ez couldn't help wonder if the man would catch on. How drunk was he really? Either way, he figured the man wouldn't be particularly happy if he found out his young woman was a man. How many times had that happened in the past? He didn't want to think about it.
"Though I'm dreadfully curious about those gifts of yours," he whispered softly in the other man's ear. No need for introductions, the show was already on the road. Ez couldn't help but drag it out ever so slightly. It made the whole experience so much more worth while.

Flirting was always a novelty, especially when the girls were so eager to play the game and not just sit back, letting him do all the work. Ashwin reached for his drink and pulled it close with the hand not cupping her waist. Poor thing probably wasn't very shapely, with how the corset held her in. Not that he cared.
He took a quick sip, one end of his mustache just dipping into the foam, then looked pointedly at hers. "Just so long as you join me. I can't abide by the thought of leaving a girl thirsty while I sip. Or you could just share mine?" He raised the glass, still mostly full, as an offering, then smirked when he felt breath in his ear.
"I've been called gifted in my time," he agreed, trying to get a glimpse down the corset. Not much to push up either. No wonder she wore it. Probably looked shapeless as a bag without it to force a few curves. Again, it didn't much matter. Her voice was low and husky, rather surprising in a bird, but quite appealing.

"In your time?" Ez quirked his head again, "I don't think your time is over, good sir. Far from it I hope." If it was over too quickly, Ez would be quite disappointed.
He lifted the second mug. "I think I'll take some from my own drink, since I bought that just for you." The bird grinned as he spoke. He wasn't a whore in the least bit. Even if he got his drinks for free more often than not, it was the men who had offered. He couldn't decline any invitation. Of course that meant he was obligated to make even the dullest man happy in some way.
This man, thankfully, was far from dull. Ez let out a small sigh. He wondered how long it would take to actually get this one out of the bar. Sometimes it was a pain in the tail feathers to get a man out the door and to a designated location. Usually it was the man's place, but once in a while... ugh he didn't want to think about it. This man was nothing like that.
What a fantastic chance meeting.

Ashwin laughed and brought his cup closer, taking a deeper sip now that it was securely 'his'. Balancing tail feathers on his knee and thigh always proved a challenge, but he had ample practice from sweet Maji and others so he managed without ruffling them. Birds really were a treat, especially bipedal. Without mouths to play with, they usually got more 'creative' with the rest of their anatomy, especially if they had hands, and especially if those hands weren't attached to their wings.
He took another sip, half of it gone already. Thankfully it was small and somewhat weak, average fare. He'd best go relieve himself before anything really got started.
"Ohh, no worries, pretty. My time hasn't even started. More's the pity, of course." He eyes the drink in her hand, guessing at how long it would take to finish. Too long... hmm. "I'll tell you what. Give me five minutes to go take care of some business, and I'll come back to see how far on you are with that drink. Just so long as you don't go flitting into anyone else's arms in the meantime." He squeezed his own around her waist, nose moving to ruffle her neck feathers a bit and breathe warm air into her plumage.

The sparrow held back a smirk. Apparently he was all too eager to play the game. What fun this night already was!
Trying to keep the amusement out of his voice, Ez responded, "Of course. Take your time, I'll be waiting for you. And I'm sure I'll have my drink finished." He added a wink for good measure. There was no need for it, he would have his drink completed by the time the man returned.
Ez watched as the man departed. He took this opportunity to chug his drink ungracefully. If the man had saw, he probably would have guessed something was extremely wrong. The sparrow scanned the rest of the bar, people passing him quickly, the waitresses scurrying by. None of it really mattered now since, he had his target locked on. As long as he could get through the night unnoticed. Thankfully this man was delightfully drunk enough not to notice the sparrow's differences from a female.

Ashwin weaved his way through the crowds, figuratively and a bit literally, until he got to the back door where he could exit and take care of himself. He was humming the whole time, some stupidly inane drinking song involving women and shots that just couldn't help but be catchy. That wink had been a cute touch. Saucy and overdone, but cute for all that.
When he returned, he eyed the empty glass with a raised brow and snagged the Lakeland bird around the waist, pulling her close again. "I've got to admit, you know how to bottoms-up. Can't wait to see what you're like in bed." Bluntly drunk, wasn't it wonderful? She wasn't pulling any punches, so why should he? She'd seemed to like all the bald-faced hinting so far. How would she take bluntly horny?
"I have a place we could go to be a little more private, lovely, if you're so inclined. Might give you a little more room to fluff those feathers." His hands cupped her feathery rump, also quite a bit more developed than he was expected. She must be athletic or something along those lines. They always had a firmer build.
