By the time twilight had cast a heavy shadow on the cluttered market scene, Minh had managed to find a delightful little thrift shop. Clothes shopping had never been of particular interest, as Minh had always been comfortable in her own fur, but it was always fun poking around from time to time. And this time she'd found a spectacularly snazzy scarf. She bought it on a whim, and tossed it around her neck in what she hoped was an artistic fashion.

She buried herself in their collection of classic vinyl after that, chortling with delight when she found a particularly rowdy recording that she was sure Mnem would just absolutely love. Only not.

It was about that point in time, sipping the dregs of her macchiato, that she remembered she'd had company.

Looking around, she went about trying to find Kel. It was getting dark and as much as she'd like to delay the inevitable, she really should be getting back. It was time to say her goodbyes.

Kelasia was digging among another bookstall, but evidently still with little success; she had no purchases with her. Still she seemed to at least have been enjoying herself, because a small smile lingered at the edges of her lips. When Minh came to bid her good-bye, the skunk was swift to respond in kind and with a fervent exclamation of just how wonderful a time the Sorgaire Range dweller had enjoyed.

"I will certainly be researching your microscope as well," the woman said. "And I'll let you know whenever I learn something of note." She hesitated one last time in the midst of her good-bye. "Thank you again, Minh. I really hope we can get together again sometime and do something like this. Maybe even with Mnem." She gave the other woman a final bright smile, before waving cheerfully and heading back home herself.
