Ohtahara syndrome is a neurological disorder characterized by seizures. The disorder affects newborns, usually within the first three months of life (most often within the first 10 days) in the form of epileptic seizures.

Notes: His wings are rather beautiful, though they are too small to carry him in flight. His feathery faerie fluffs give off a rather engaging smell of cinnamon. Basic Magical Ability: He can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not he actually has the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can decipher up to two languages of the player's choosing. These languages are in addition to the common tongue and the Diamond house language.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can cast a lie-detector spell on a card of any suit and of a rank lesser or equal to his own, once per day. Cards of equal rank would be aware of the spell, but cards of lesser rank would not.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, he can fly for two hours. Winged Diamonds can use this ability for effortless, perfectly controlled flight.
Serpent's Skull Ability: Once a week, this SD now finds themselves able to cause any Card ranked 7 or lower of the Suits of Spades and Clubs, to forcibly weave a needle through a small section of their skin for a full minute. This process is rather painful and it fulfills a strange part of him to watch. If he is unable to watch the process, he will find himself beginning to sob uncontrollably for reasons he can't quite peg. If able to watch, he will be able to control the small area being sewn or marked for a full minute after the stitching has stopped.
