The bath looked absolutly delishious. She wanted to get into it as fast as possiable and clean her coat, though the girl had interupted her thoughts. She looked to her with a questioning gaze. It was rather apparent, she ran... but... she would be easly impressed. She gave a mental shrug, what if she told a fib to make the gal like the story more? So she turned to her and gave a large grin,
"It was last night, the moon was high in the sky. I was totaly out of breath when he happend to come upon me. I was lapping at the cool water trying to gain some energy when he rushed me from behind me." she said giving a small leap in the air, she took a small moment to give the mother a wink, "So there I was rushed from behind when he raised his wicked blade high into the moonlight, giving the blade an extra cruelness." she said as she lifted her paw high into the air, exposing her sharpend claws that faintly glimmered in the lamp light. "I was compleatly scared at that moment and I lept forward with all my strenght. He slashed downwards and to the side catching me on the right flank." she said pointing to the wound that she recived.
"So I ran as fast as I could to get here. In the Capital I thought that I could lose his keen nose." she said as she moved to the bathtub that was the bane of her dirtyness. She idly turned on the water mouthing the word 'thanks' to the mother.

Kami's mouth gaped slightly at the story, her eyes shrewd, though. "That's scary," she said with a great deal of emphasis. "I'm glad no one is trying to assassinate me." She gave a quick nod to reiterate this point.
Kare turned her head to her daughter and quickly bumped her gently on the shoulder. The two-tailed fox kit looked up at her mother and blushed. "Oh, yeah, sorry, Ms. Inali. Towel's are over there by the sink up in the cabinet. Just call if you need anything!" The Highlander mix was about to skip out when Kare gently stepped on her left tail tip and got her to stop.
Kami turned back in surprise and read the word her mother mouthed. "Names? OH! I'm Kamaria!" the girl turned back to introduce them, further colour tinging her cheeks. "This is my mother Kare." She gave the Yarrow a sheepish grin. "So, yeah, just call one of us if you need anything." She bolted from the bathroom in embarrassment and Kare followed after giving Inali one last smile.

She was about to thank Kamaria and her mother Kare, but the little one had already ran out of the small room. Instead she turned to Kare and said, "Thank you so very much for this, Kare." She idlely shut the door behind the two as they left.
Finally... a well deserved bath... she thought as she manuvered herself into the bathtub. This would be the most comfortable bath she had had in a long time. She gave a small gasp as the water hit her paws. It was slightly cold at first, but the water heated up afterwards. She leaned into the water and gave a small sigh as she just laid there watching some of the plant life that had clung to her fur evacuate hers.
After a good hour in the bath and a thourough dry down did she finally leave the bathroom, making sure to clean up her mess. She felt good right now, even though she gave a small limp from the injury she had suffred in the allyway not long ago, and the small cut that she recived was finaly cleaned after a good licking. She was surpirsed that the wound wasn't infected already.
"Thank you two so much, I feel as if I can walk into the Hearts Court right now." she said as Inali entred the room where she found the two together at.

Kami grinned when their guest re-entered and her two tails danced happily as the woman re-entered. "Wow, you're really pretty when you're not dirty!" Her mother shot her a disbelieving glance, but the girl was already chattering on. "I'm glad you were able to get clean on your own; I don't think I ever want to help clean someone up; that'd just be weird, you know? I guess family members might be okay, but, still. I bathe myself; I don't want someone else cleaning me. Well, maybe if it was cute guy. . ." The chattering little girl finally caught her mother's look and quickly tossed her head. "Well, it would be better if it was a cute guy." But she could sense that Kare was displeased and quickly changed the subject.
"You're going to walk to the Palace of Hearts?" the kit asked quickly. "Why would you do that?"

She gave a small laugh at her diolog, Inali wouldn't want someone to bath her nor would she want to bathe others. And the very notion of bathing a male was beyond her. For all she cared, all the males could roll over and die tomorrow and she wouldn't give it a second glance. She gave a sigh though, the girl was a chatter box, but she wouldn't be rude to not listen.
"Well Kamaria, I don't think I could give another person a bath nor anyone other cute males or females." she said as she moved to take a seat infront of the two. "I belive that it would only be nesscary if someone was really hurt, or something like that notion." she said with a smile. Whatever that coud be, than who knew.
She was puzzled though by the second statment. She didn't have any busniss with the palace or even the courts at this time. She ment it as a jest, that she was cleaned to the point of perfection and would be graced in the courts. Well it would seem that she would have to clear it up anyways.
"I ment that I could enter the courts and not get thrown out like some dirty lowland ace." she said... "Now that I'm clean though, I won't get thrown out so fast." with a smile she moved her tail around her to curl up into a small furry ball on the floor, still peering up at the two. For some reason she just had to know why the mother didn't talk... was she mute? She would have to wait untill the time came for that sort of question.

"Kaaaaaamiiiiiiii" Came a call from one of the back rooms, slowly becoming louder as the owner made their way up the hall. "Kaaaamiiiii where are yooooou?" The bleary eyed red and yellow fox trotted down the hall making her way toward the kitchen. She had been taking a nap and had just awaken to find her sister gone. As she walked the xylophone made small 'thunk' noises of various pitches though it was nothing like the music her sister could produce. "Kaaaaamiiiiii" The voice was starting to become more forlorn, as if she was almost in tears. "Hush, Elektra, she is around her somewhere. We will find her." Came a slightly annoyed voice as another young fox - this one shades of red and purple. Her three tails waved in different directions. Once they had cleared the hallway she spotted her mother, sister, and . . . a stranger. Ignoring the stranger she walked over to kitchen. After a few attempts she finally managed to perch herself on one of the stools. "See, Elektra she was here the whole time." |

"I was not," Kami responded immediately and vehemently to the words, even though she hadn't been a part of the earlier conversation. "Mother and I were going to go out and do errands, but we found somebody instead. We left you a note on the fridge."
Kare shook her head lightly, fighting the urge to roll her eyes at her three girls. Instead she moved to the two newcomers' sides and gave them a very gentle nudge, one and then the other, then gestured with her nose towards the chairs so that they could go sit down with their eldest sibling.
"Anyways, it doesn't matter. We found Ms. Inali instead and we stayed home," Kamaria continued on. "She's not joining the Court anyway." This jump of topic probably didn't make much sense to anyone. "It's just as well; I heard the Queen of Hearts is crazy."

She watched as the two walked by. They where decent looking save for the one with the weird insterment built into its back.
She silently wondred how many kids she had, so she shot her a questioning glance and turned to Kami.
"She might be, but she is still the Queen of Hearts, though." she said, she wouldn't have any kid talking bad about her queen, even if she happened to be a bit crazed. She gave a sigh and looked about to the other two.
"What would your names happen to be?" She asked with a smile on her face as she got up and sat on her hunches. She silently hoped that the assassin that was lurking outside wouldn't come inside... it would be a real bad experance..

Elektra gave her mother a fond nudge back before walking over to her sister. "Kami! Help Elektra up" She said as she placed her forepaws on the seat. After a bit of struggling she finally was able to get up. "Elektra is glad that you did not end up going out." She replied almost sagely.
Turning to face the stranger she replied softly. "The Elektra is the Elektra" leaning toward her sister she whispered, "Kami who is she talking about?"
Vespera gave an exasperated sigh. "I am Vespera, this is Elektra and that is Kamaria. Oh, and that is Mama. She's mute. Well not really mute. Or that is what dad says. She just does not talk" She explained with a shrug. If it occurred to her that her mother and sister had already been introduced to the canine she did not act like it.
"I am hungry" she stated aloud.

Kami gave a put upon sigh before leaning over to help her youngest sister up onto the chair. She trailed a paw up the xylophone keys without really thinking about it, letting their notes sing lightly. "Vesp, I already told her our names." She announced this airily and right down her nose at their middle sister.
Kare sent the eldest girl a warning look; Asher had already discussed with her the need to be kind and helpful to her other siblings, but, as always, it seemed as though the lessons had not sunk in all the way. The Ville en Miir fox moved to the fridge and silently began to make another round of sandwiches, letting her daughters discuss things with their guest. She sent Vespera an amused glance, but did not contradict the explanation of her silence.
Kami tossed her head, feeling safe in ignoring her mother's warning for now. "Ms. Inali has an assassin after her," she announced in a knowing voice, pleased to have information the other girls did not.
