Strange Surroundings [DONE]

Obviously Zane was boring. That was no surprise to him, after all the girls said the same thing to him. It was normal in everyday life wasn't it? The young man continued to eat his food without another word until he was finished.

"I seem to be boring you. I apologize," he said as he took a sip of water. "What else can I do for you before we part ways?"

He supposed his day of being nice was short lived. Maybe he would end up going to one of his usual night clubs later on? Either way he wouldn't be happy with himself. Was he really that miserably boring that a stranger wasn't even willing to sit with him and talk?

Well. Apparently to some degree he was. The sparrow shrugged it off. He had no reason to think like that. He just needed to stick to being helpful.

Boring? Well, he wasn't exactly riveting, but company was company.. but now that he'd mentioned shelter, she really did need to go scope out the area and try to find something she could accomodate for herself. "Not so much, but I really do appreciate this. Thank you." She paused with a bit of a smile. "Nothing, I'll be alright."

With that, she finished up her meal and managed to get off the chair without falling on any unnamed body part. She gave him a quick paw-wave and darted out of the cafe without another word.. though she did feel slightly guilty about just leaving without any kind of payment. Vessie had no money, though, so leaving him was better than them both leaving, because at least he could grumble and cover it.. hopefully. She wasn't too expensive.

Hopeful that the park would produce something worthy of sleeping on, she headed back the way she'd come--there were vague trees in the distance.
