Well, I guess this has been a long time coming, but my ex and I have been fighting about the kids for years. It all came to a head on Thanksgiving when he, long story short, called CPS and lied, telling them that my husband is beating the kids. Worse still, his parents got the kids to say it too. The kids are with me where they belong, obviously CPS didn't see a problem, but I am going to be in and out of court for who knows how long. I am going for full custody and 3 years of back support. I am done being his damned doormat and am finally going to do something about it.
I might be here sparatically, I will try to post in my threads as I have time. Sorry for yet another delay;.

Gah, things like that just TICK me off. GAH! Had a relative go throught that when an ex tried to pull some of the same bleep off. Horrible, horrible mess and it came to no freakin good for anyone, espeically the kid. > <;
I wish you and your kids the BEST of luck. Write and record EVERYTHING. That was the one thing i learned from the situation. That way when he tries to pull %@$@! off later you have proof~!
