Ophelia had been commissioned by The Queen of Clubs himself to concoct a potion. It was a bit outside of her usual area of expertise, but Ophelia always loved a good challenge. It gave her a chance to mix things up and saved her from the risk of boredom. Not to mention when it was an especially well paid challenge like this one. Come morning, however, the potion was done and Ophelia had ample time to return to her own studies while awaiting the arrival of the assistant, or whatever this Pascha person was to The Queen. So much so, alas, that she failed to notice the time whizzing. It wasn't until Vilya appeared above her head, mimicking the ringing sound of the doorbell and -- if Ophelia wasn't mistaken -- a hint of indistinct murmuring. Odd. Someone must have been talking to themselves outside if Vilya had been able to catch it. "Thank you." She stroked the Tove's head and hurried upstairs as she Vilya curled around her neck. Closing up the lab, Ophelia hurried upstairs to open the door. The figure outside appeared to be a Tulgey Owl, something Ophelia wasn't certain she wanted to deal with, but the black K on his chest forced her to think differently. Perhaps this was the Pascha she was supposed to be waiting on. Pulling open the door, Ophelia arched a brow. "Sorry to keep you waiting."

Pascha was not doing well. When Aderlass had asked him if he'd go pick up a potion he'd ordered - being vague, as usual, as to it's whereabouts - he shrugged and consented. It was, most likely, liable to be more entertaining than any other task Aderlass would give him. He hadn't been out of the Court in a while as well, a good trip to the city wouldn't kill him. It might make him want to kill someone else, but that was healthy once in a while! It hit him when he had the address in hand that this was going to be a Bad Idea, (c). The mailing address was in Corvistowne. He loathed Corvistowne to the point where he could barely stand Corvistown eans, and more often than not he ended up "going crazy" around them, as Aderlass had taken to defining it, which never helped the situation. He'd gotten over his fear of needles and dark spaces, but the phobia of Corvistowneans was deeply imbedded. Unfortunately he had to try it. Pascha had to wonder if Aderlass actually had done it on purpose - the vaguity was almost deliberately so - with the intent of helping him. Either way, he wasn't going to back out on something he'd agreed upon, even if it killed him. He started the journey out flying and ended up walking the last third because the thought was making him so jittery - it was nearly five days before the owl finally stepped into Corvistowne. At first it wasn't so bad. There was the odd delapitated building as per the norm, but most of them were well-kept, thanks to the resident build-a-holics. He managed to stay within himself just fine as he traveled through the town. He had no memory of the town he had been kept in, only of the yard, so while he was nervous, he took several deep breaths and attempted to find the address listed. The house was surprisingly small for the area, and had a look of 'homely' to it. Pascha stared at it from the lane for a few minutes, then shifted down to his animal form to keep his control better and hopped along up to the front door. He forced himself to ring the doorbell, then began quietly talking to himself in an attempt to calm down a bit. Surely it wouldn't be one of those crazy looking Corvies.. would it? Nothing strange here, nope, not at all. He didn't look up when the door opened, not wanting to see if his fears would be true or not. "No problem," He said audibly, looking past her into the house in what he hoped was an absent-minded way.

Ophelia arched a brow at the little owl that had arrived to take her parcel.
She'd heard of carried pigeons... but carrier owls? That was absurd. The doe tilted his head slightly, serpentine tail swaying slightly as she motioned the owl in. "Well, do come in... I'll hurry downstairs and get the package for you."
The strange Tulgey Owl seemed rather... on edge, and just a bit too shifty for Ophelia's opinion, but she really had no choice but to leave him alone while she went downstairs. Once he was inside, she would shut the door behind him and step away toward the heavy metal door.
Vilya slid off his post across his summoner's neck, lingering behind in order to watch this bird that Ophe was so distrusting of. Even if he had no real defensive ability to protect her, he could alert her were a problem to arise while she was gone.
