Rai gave another chuckle, pleased that Sekhmet didn't seem annoyed with Ira. The younger stallion seemed to cause two emotions in people: annoyance or amusement. He tended to be a toss-up for Rai, but Sek was correct in that he did enjoy his eldest son's company.

He gently brushed a tendril of hair from the woman's forehead with his bone hand; he wouldn't let go of Sid-- no, Teremun-- with his stronger right hand. "Yes, I know," he answered and moved to a chair nearby. He gently settled himself, still holding their oldest in his arms. "Go to sleep and I'll wait right here." He wasn't concerned about Court business right now; they could manage without him for a few hours and he had something far more important to do. He smiled down at the fanged face in his arms and the baby yawned widely before cuddling into his arms. Yes, he had something very important to do right now; bond with his children.

When he brushed a strand of sweat-soaked hair away from her face, she kissed the bone hand. It was not a strange motion for her by any means. In fact it might have been the very thing that secured the event which created the children they were both now holding. As he settled into the chair with the winged child, she cuddled the other two to her, being careful of 'Levi's' flames. The human was nearby and safe, and she knew this, so her mind slowly began to shut down.

Her vision fluttered as she smiled at the handsome man across from her, watching him with their child and knowing that this moment couldn't have been better. Everything slipped away in a matter of moments, though in her dreams she watched him show his love for the child and it warmed a part of her.
