Once a day, for the remainder of his life, this SD will, at precisely noon, begin to vomit uncontrollably. The liquid he is vomiting up is ale. Only ale, anything else he may have eaten or drunk that day will then begin to purge itself out his other end...
This horror will last for a full hour, leaving him weak and exhausted for at least 3 hours afterward...no to mention starving and parched.
However, the ale flowing forth is as fresh as could be. If anyone's brave enough, or if he's desperate enough, he could make a very small supply to a bar easily.
