Heart Rank Abilities[/u]:
Basic Magical Ability[/color]: She can ignore moderate amounts of pain for up to five minutes.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, she gains an immediate proficiency with any weapon that she picks up. This can be activated and deactivated at will.
Other Abilities[/b]:
Small Power[/color]: Twice in her lifetime, this SD may now cause a small hovering orb of blackness to rise from the ground. It will consume all light in a ten foot area around herself and will move with her at the center of its mass. The darkness will last for a full hour and only herself and direct family members can see at all in it. She can see as clearly as day, her family can see as though there were a heavy fog. No other Card or Rabbit can see through it, unless they have a specific spell or item that may say otherwise. Two uses only, please keep track in your dealer's records.
Amazing Ability: Once a week, she is able to force another Card to take their Animal form for a full hour without being able to change. This will cause her to experience rather intense headaches as she holds them in that form, but aside from losing a little speed, she should still be just as capable as ever. With the exception of summoned weapons, this will mean that those forced into their animal forms are no longer able to wield even magical weapons until the time limit has passed.
Amazing Ability: Once a week, she is now able to cause up to three people around her to forget any memories they have of her in the past three days. Using it on two or three people will cause the spell to progress as normal; the people chosen will need to be within a mile of her at the time and they will all forget any interactions with her or mentioning her for the past three days. The memories will slowly return to them over the course of a week after the spell. If she focuses this spell on just one person, however...it can have concentrated effects...PM the admin should this occur.
Basic Shadow Ability: She is now able to change into a shadow once per week. She quite literally becomes a dark shadow of little to no substance. She weighs nothing and her clothing and bindings fall off of her and into a pile when she changes. This has an odd effect on her that it neglected to have on her mother as her binding is more imperative to her psyche than her mother's. While a shadow, she will feel as though she is breaking every important rule that there is. Reappearing without it on, or being caught too far away from it is a recipe for incredible panic attacks. One too many of these panic attacks could lead to some...interesting developments...(PM the admin if she gets caught too far from/without it more than 8 times.) She can either replace another persons' shadow and follow along as theirs (though they may notice that it's shaped like her), stand in another shadow, or just hover around the ceiling, under a door crack, wherever. After three hours, the effect will wear off and she will change back at once, leaving her to search for her clothes and bindings once more. The only drawback is that if someone says her name, the spell will be broken at once and she will become corporeal again.
Orange Goop Ability: Oh...nasty, this stuff smells like orange juice and paint thinner. It didn't seem to have any effect at first, but 5 minutes after spattering on her paw, Eldy will begin to feel the effects. The tip of her tail will suddenly pain her as a sharp spike grows slowly and painfully from the tip and the tail itself lengthens by three feet! It takes two minutes for the transformation to end and during that time she is in quite a good bit of pain. Once it's over though, the tail snaps back to the way it was before as though nothing ever happened. Once a week, she is able to change her tail into its new form and use it to smack across people, its sharp tip and elastic length making it almost good enough to use as a whip! It will only remain this way for about 5 minutes, though.
Fancy Effect: This Card has now begun to emit a scent that is odorless, but chock-full of pheromones! They always smell good now, and, once a week, they are now able to cause Cards ranked 5 and under to find them painfully attractive by exuding a scent specifically tailored to them.

Favors: This is a magical favor to give one creature increased fertility permanently! From now on, that creature will have one more baby than is rolled naturally for every breeding (meaning instead of 1-4, it is now 2-5). It can only be used once, but if you buy two, their effects will stack (meaning instead of 2-5 it would be 3-6). (But Eldy only has it once)Familiars: Gentleman Wurm: The cauldron made a painful sounding grinding noise for about 30 seconds before ejecting a tiny item about the size of a Human's palm. The item is insanely intricate and looks like it is made from a molten emerald, constantly shifting its facets in the light. Fashioned to appear like a small, curled, legless Dragon, the item is very spiky and will only deign to be held by Hearts or Diamonds. When it is taken by a Heart or Diamond that will declare themselves its owner, the Wurm will uncurl that evening at 5 o'clock and introduce itself as Thaddeus. Thaddeus recalls quite clearly being the shivering worm before he was tossed into the pot, a tiny caterpillar, caught by a Corvistowneian Club Equine and his Spade mate. Both worked at him physically and magically until he gained sentience, attempting to manufacture a new type a familiar for Spades. When this failed, they bottled up Thaddeus and few other worms they had been experimenting on and sold them to various people in the Bazaar. He will take fully to his new owner, so long as they are neither a Club or a Spade, though he doesn't feel too wonderfully disposed toward Equines either, but he'll tolerate them. Thaddeus's manner is exceedingly curt, mannered, and formal; his voice deep and rich for his size. He'll do his absolute best to please and attempt to live up to his former desperate attempt to attain the position of "familiar". He will act like a living creature constantly once he has chosen an owner or an owner chosen him and will do his best to become indispensable to the person. Once a week, he is able to give his owner the ability to fling fistfuls of spikes from their hands for a full 30seconds. The spikes are about 6 inches long and an inch thick at the base. They secrete a small amount of poison that causes the stabbed victim to leave bright red footprints for a full day afterward. If the spikes are used on an inanimate object or surface, the owner will find they sink in easily and can be used as handholds to scale a wall. Once a week, he will cause any card ranked King or lower to be able to smell whatever his master deems they should (or something he thinks is safe to protect said master) either on another person, or constantly under their nose. For example: if his master desires that s/he wishes to smell exactly like the current Queen of Hearts, Thaddeus will be able to make them smell exactly like the Queen for a full 24 hours, no one, using their nose, would ever be able to tell the difference, regardless of competing spells. The other option is that the master may be trying to stop another Card from tracking, wherein instead of making themselves smell like something, they can tell Thaddeus to make the other Cards' nose unable to detect any scent but that which they decide. (Eg: if they are being tailed by Rogers, they could make his nose only able to detect the smell of lavender soap for 24 hours, rendering his nose perfectly useless for the day.) Once a week, Thaddeus is able to grow to a monstrous size if his owner says the word "simulate". He will very suddenly explode into being at 35 feet long and 7 feet thick tapering down his tail. His spikes and teeth now presenting a serious danger, considering that only summoned weapons and some amazing abilities can cause him injury. He will remain in this monstrous form for a full 30 minutes, allowing his owner the option of quick escape as well, they and any others they deem fit can ride him quite easily so long as they avoid the spikes. Unpleasant to all except for its master and any Clubs, it is able to shoot small bolts of electricity from its legs three times a day. This shock is enough to floor Cards ranked 8 and lower for a few seconds, and highly painful to others. Items: Butterfly hair-pin: This tiny silver pin is shaped like a butterfly and tingles when held. When put on in any way, it will cause the owner to become incapable of leaving footprints in snow, mud, or dirt (though tracking these things over any other surface or walking on a surface not mentioned will still leave tracks.) Gargoyle Bookend: This rather scary looking bookend is shaped like a terrifying Rabbit, fangs bared! It tingles when touched and shrinks down to the size of a chess piece, able to be picked up and stowed away with ease now. The little thing has now become a good luck charm for Eldy! Once per admin-administered battle or Queenship fight, she is now able to (if the bookend is on her person) add 3 points to a die roll or her Dealers choice! (For example; if you had rolled a 16, you could make it a 19! But it could not then be used again in that fight or in one relating to it.)

Torquehelm: Residents are usually black with purple highlights and/or socks, white wing-like markings on their backs, and purple or black eyes.
Torquehelm is a rather dark place. Due to its placement near the Tulgey Wood, there isn't much sunlight or moonlight, only a constant overcast gray light that causes the streetlights to be on almost always. An odd aura surrounds the place, and many feel a sense of depression upon entering. The members of Torquehelm are known for their odd habit of binding; they are said to do so because they hope it will lift the curse that they feel lies upon their land. Each resident of the realm is bound in some way, shape, or form, the most popular being chains or blindfolds. They tend to be intelligent and quick mentally, but difficult to deal with because of the downtrodden mood, though they are still widely accepted in Courts and are sometimes made confidants to those in power. The land of Torquehelm does not produce much in the way of items to trade, though there are rich deposits of precious metals and iron. Torquehelms will often stick to themselves rather than find someone from another Realm whose personality may be too different from their own to deal with, though those who are dissatisfied with their lot in life will often do anything possible to find a mate from a different Realm. Residents of Torquehelm do not have to be bound all of their lives. Through their interactions, some manage to “free” themselves from their bindings and even their mental tie to the depression, though this is very hard to do and most are unwilling to even try. Freeing oneself can sometimes cause the wing markings to disappear, or even a splash of gold coloration to mix itself into the fur or feathers. Removing a Torquehelm’s binding without their consent or when they are having second thoughts can lead to extreme mental trauma or even the death of the individual. They are bound to their own bindings and the mentality of the land. Some who try to “snap” their friends out of it inadvertently make them worse.
Felines: Felines are a common breed. They are found everywhere you look and their lifestyles make it easy for them to stretch themselves to the furthest reaches of the kingdoms. Not to be confused with the Court of Cats (who are the size of a house cat), the Felines of the realm are about the size of tigers and range from sleek Siamese to bulky alley cats in shape.
Hearts: The Claw
Hearts are a bit rarer in society, and are also the most revered. For parents to receive a Heart as a child is a blessing and a delight, as the child will probably bring them power that they do not have. The ferocity and short temper of the Suit is legendary, but not necessarily true for all in the Suit. Hearts have a tendency towards recklessness and wildness in their actions, though their ability to muster power at the snap of their fingers is most assuredly true and remarkable. It serves them well as the most feared and respected of the Suits.
The symbol of the Hearts, the Claw, is most fitting, as there is nothing more brutal than to be hit in the face with something sharp; be it their wit, their magic, or their fist, the experience won't be pleasant. Hearts tend to delight in the fact that they are represented as ruthless and unkind. Some of them feel that power cannot truly be gained with kindness, though others resent the fact that their friendships are all superficial and that their lovers are all two-faced. They may attempt to make themselves seem different.
