So recently there seems to be some confusion on what is exactly happening in the Courts. We have come up with a solution! In this “Ask the Court” thread you can ask any questions you might have regarding the Court of Diamonds in its current situation or the people/nobility that are in the Court. Feel free to ask questions regarding the nobility’s opinion on matters, request clarification on anything, such as about the current members, current workings, etc. Kind of like an OCC interview with the current ruler/court members! Also, please let us know here if your character really needs to interact with a Face Card for something in a thread. We are here to serve and be clear!
<3 Kari would like to add that she is normally available through AIM for conversation and questions.

What is the current status of Queen Theofilus' ongoing campaign for Aces' rights?

Up the creak without a paddle. With out public approval (since the majority of people in society believe Aces aren't people) he can't pass bills without being eaten alive. He is, however, trying to stop the abuse and illegal underground trading.
I've wanted to do something with it but uh... *shrugs* No one really seemed interested. Not enough Aces etc. Theofilus, unfortunately, realized that he can't change society so easily. Yay destroying dreams.

Aw, that's a shame. I was truly hoping that Queen Theofilus would be making some headway on the issue, for Wiglaf's sake. I was definitely interested in it. Beowulf would've been more than happy to aid the cause. Wiglaf was his best friend, and no ordinary Ace. <3. He'd have been honoured to tell their story if it would help sway some opinions. *sighs* Oh well, it's satisfying to know that Queen Theofilus is attempting to stop abuse and illegal underground trading at least. Thank you for answering my question, Kari.
