Insects are incredibly rare. This poor girl probably gets stares everywhere she goes. She has a beak mutation and her eyes are not faceted. The fur lining her Human form's jacket is from a Morganberry Jack Rabbit. No one believes her and many think it's a lovely Ace decoration.

She can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not she actually has the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Moderate Magical Ability[/b]
When activated, she can decipher up to two languages of the player's choosing. These languages are in addition to the common tongue and the Diamond house language.
Strong Magical Ability[/b]
When activated, she can cast a lie-detector spell on a Card of the Hearts or Clubs suit and of a rank lesser to her own, once per day. Cards of equal rank would be aware of the spell, but cards of lesser rank would not.
Powerful Magical Ability[/b]
When activated, she can fly for up to ten minutes. Winged Diamonds can use this ability for effortless, perfectly controlled flight.
Jack's Ability[/b]
Once a day, she is capable of calming a non-sentient creature to the point where it will simply sit by her, docile and affectionate for a full 10 minutes. With the exception of Jubjubs and Mome Raths (for whom the spell wears off after 10 minutes with no lasting effects), all other creatures will slowly, over the course of a few months, become at the very least, tame towards her if not others. This spell does effect Jubs and Momes, but only for the first 10 minutes, afterward, she would have to put in serious time and effort to tame them. This spell does not affect summoned familiars, but it does affect pets that are non-summonable.
King's Ability[/b]
Once a week, she is able to cause an opponent's non-magical weaponry, armor, or clothing to change into rose petals. It will then simply drift to the floor and cannot be returned to its original form unless the opponent has a reformation spell. This spell does not work on anything magically charged, but it will do in a pinch to rid someone of armor or knives when they're coming at you.
King's Ability Boost[/b]
This ability now works on magical weapons and armor. The only thing it will not work so well on are summoned weapons. When this spell is enacted on a summoned weapon...or something with exceedingly close ties to one, it changes small bits of their body to rose petals. These body parts are randomly chosen and will reform after an hour, but during that time, the owner is sure to be in mild amounts of pain, and horribly disquieted....
Queen's Ability[/b]
Once a week, she is capable of spitting a caustic fluid, secreted behind her retractable mandibles, at an opponent. This fluid, due to her odd mouth shape, shoots out in a spray, rather than a jet, and is very difficult to avoid completely. Once it has hit an opponent's skin, they will feel a rather agonizing pain as it begins to eat through their clothing and flesh like some sort of acid. This spell is especially effective on Bog-dwellers as it is a distilled poison resembling that of the Yarrow vapors and blood distillations. Most Bog-dwellers will die outright from exposure to this poison. Others will be in agonizing pain from the affected area until the substance is washed off with water. If left untreated for over three hours, the substance could eat directly to the bone. If treated, most will recover within a day or so, but any fur or feathering in the area will need to grow back...
Queen's Ability Boost[/b]
She is now able to use this spray twice a week and is capable of causing it to spew off as a cloud to be inhaled, should she choose.
Amazing Ability[/b]
Her lie detecting ability has gone completely through the roof. It is nearly impossible to lie to this woman in any way, shape, or form. Cards ranked King or lower of any Suit will not be able to lie to her without magical assistance. If they have prowess in magical lying, the spell could backfire...causing not only Sadie to believe it, but the caster as well. She can use this ability at her discretion, it causes her no effort.
Once a month, she can see through most magical disguises, including (once a year) a Joker's true form. She is also able to tell when a Heart is controlling another person as her mind takes it as a form of lying to her. However, she can only see through that ruse if the Heart in question is ranked 10, no higher.

Once a week, she is capable of hissing the word lebhaft (strong/active: in German) and activating a spell. This spell causes her entire body, in nay of her forms, to harden as though her chitin had just become a thin sheet of metal. Strong weapons could still cut through it, but unless the blows are substantial, they will have less effect on her than they otherwise would. This ability does slow her down a little though. It lasts for a full two minutes.
Armor Ability Boost[/b]
This spell will no longer slow her down in battle, and even magical weapons will have trouble cutting through her armor, though ones designed to do just that will still be able to make it through if there's enough force behind it.
Moderate Ability[/b]
Once a week, she is capable of whispering messerscharf (razor sharp in German). This activates a spell that causes her claws, all of them, to become sharp enough to cut through most non-magical armor and weaponry. They will not break or chip unless the spell wears off and only summoned weaponry can actually cut through them while the spell is in effect. The spell lasts for a full minute and while it is active she is not susceptible to spells that may induce rage.

Once a month, she is able to cause her eyes to change to an incredibly frightening-looking obsidian. They seem to have no depths to them and many will feel that they look flat and dead. Cards ranked Four or lower will have extreme difficulty not running at the sight and any other rank will feel mildly threatened.

Once a week, she is capable of pulling a key from her pocket. These keys rarely seem to fit anything and appear to often be quite useless, though on rare occasion, she'll manage to grab just the one she was looking for.

Once a week, she can cause wind blowing toward her to very suddenly blow in the opposite direction from her for a full ten seconds. When she does so, the force is enough to make most others (8 and lower with no exception) shut their eyes at first due to the blast, though most Jacks and above can ignore it easily.

Once a week, she is able to cause Yarrow flowers to blossom in a two foot area. They will stay strong and healthy unless uncared for after that or trodden on. These are the infamous Yarrow flowers and more than 200 of them in one place could cause some non-Yarrows, or those unused to her place of residence to feel faint when near them.
Male Affectation Ability[/b]
Once a day, she is now able to cause up to five men within 50 feet of her, the closer they are, the worse the effect, to suffer a rather humiliating reaction.
An aura of icy, stinging cold will focus in on one part of their body...their groin.
The rest of them will remain at room temperature, and nothing will warm that area again until the spell has worn off...in 30 minutes.
This will slow the speed of all Cards except for Spades significantly, as running will be quite difficult, and the result is normally stumbling if not a loss of footing altogether for the first minute or so.
The cold does not numb, it stings constantly and painfully for the duration of the spell, though Jacks to Queens should be able to fight through it...if miserably and clumsily.
Should she actually touch a man while this spell is activated, he will actually change into an incredibly feminine woman for a full hour...and no, the icy crotch-sting is not negated.
Shock Ability[/b]
Once a week, she is able to electrocute her claws by whispering the word "blitz". Doing so will deliver an especially strong blast of electricity to the first thing her claws come into contact with. This will cause cards ranked 10 and lower to pass out on the spot unless they have a counter-spell. Those ranked King or Jack to lose all sense of balance and suffer extreme pain for a full twenty seconds, and cause Queens to feel disoriented and agonized for a full ten seconds, many will even have their eyes cross from the jolt of electricity.

People don't tend to believe that Insects can appear in Cards, though it has been rumored to pop up every now and then. They are so rare that they are commonly thought to be a myth and no one has seen one in the past two hundred years. They appear in the form of spiders, praying mantises, and various moths or butterflies. Most of them have a muzzle mutation to enable speech.
The Yarrow Gardens
Residents are usually pink, yellow, and lilac, with white in places. They are more prone to ornamental mutations and accessories, serving little purpose but decoration.
Those who hail from the Yarrow Gardens are very commonly female. It is difficult to locate a male from that realm and it leads to rumors and jokes from other lands on why this may be. The women (and men) of the Gardens look delicate and beautiful, but underneath they are undeniably strong-willed and powerful. Their land is covered in decorative gardens and small patches of forest that, under closer inspection, reveal most of the plants to be highly poisonous and resilient. The Yarrow Gardens are located over a rupture in the world's surface that they are careful to cover up. The gases that sometimes escape would kill most normal plant life and livestock. Those who visit are often surprised to find that they "come down with something" upon arrival and feel ill for the remainder of their journey. Yarrows are not mainly women for no reason; they have made themselves this way. Their histories were so overrun with accomplishments by women, and their genes tend toward a perchance for girls, so they were a land mainly filled with them. Long ago, some of the leaders and local police chiefs got the idea that men were a taint that bogged down their Realm; thus, they began to slowly rid themselves of them. Males born were either “altered” after being born, or simply disposed of in preference to a female child, and most of the residents ostracized and drove their males out, some even began hunting them to rid the land of the unintelligent and allegedly useless taint. Even some Yarrow males come to believe these incorrect ideas about themselves simply due to the lives they led there. Yarrows have come to accept that other realms have and like men, and do not discount them for it, though they are normally loathe to work under one, or take one as a mate. Some Yarrows are unconvinced by this notion, though, and not too many are aware of the secret harem of yarrow men hidden away in the depths of the realm…[/center]
