It was not common to see a rat scuttle around the plains of his homeland, well maybe it was, but it was certainly not this rat! He was rather know for staying stooped up for days in one place and if he was forced to move, it was for short amounts he actually moved. The white with pale blue and green rat sniffed the air around him and muttered angrily to himself. Why did it come that he was walking here and not inside? He knew it himself, but he didn't want to admit just yet. He shifted his weight for a bit and felt the sack that was tied to his back. He was send out as a message today, a messenger of goods. Why they just couldn't give it to the buyer was beyond him. The people he resided with told that difference would be good for him, hah! Difference, good? He didn't like it, thus with that said it makes him sort of the black sheep in any family. He stopped and looked around to orientate himself. He also had to admit he hadn't the best sense in that. He swallowed briefly and then chuckled briefly "It's all good." He said to himself, paranoia wanted to seep in his mind too. Yet, he didn't allow it. There could be nothing good in that, right? He sniffed again, this time almost haughty and looked up. He recognized the place where he had to be and stopped, now it was time to wait. He hoped that they would come soon and not let him wait too long. He wanted to return home already, darn it! He placed himself down comfortable and closed his eyes "I shall not wait long, I promise myself.." His murmuring had started again, if anyone passed him they would find him quite easily. (OoC: Wow... that was a true fight ; Heh..)

Business was starting to slow down again, and he needed to actually start purchessing the goods that he was to buy, then turning around and selling it for a slightly higher price in the capital. It was getting harder for the Queen to make cash now, seince that joker had messed up his company with slander and mud slinging. It turned into a political thing and he had to defend himself infront of his cliants so he could keep a few, but at the rate the words were spread, the more costumers he had lost. It was sad really. Now he had to find other means of making money in the Capital than he would have previously have been able to. He told himself that this last bit of goods from the Lakes would probabaly be his last. He even had to release his workers that worked directly under him, because he just couldn't pay them any longer. He was sad to leave, though he had given them good letters of recanition to help them find another job somewhere out in the world. He was happy though, knowing full well that this would be the last time that he would have to do this, that he would go to the Court of Clubs and meet up with the Queen himself to see about a queen slot that he had been dreaming of, giving him power and influence over the hows and cans. He flew through the air on both wings looking for the contact that he was told to find, that would be carring the objects that he was buying. For some reason he had to meet the rat out in the middle of some medow. Apparently he would be able to spot him easily if he looked for the silky rat. Flying a bit high the Kahmden heron looked about the grounds flying on both sets of wings, one a brilant white edged with peacock feathers that gave off a increadably powerful aura of self confidence. From his veiw did he spot the the rat sitting on the ground with the bundle on his back. It must have been the person no one else was in the medows that day. He angled himself downwards and started his decent. Flying in a path that would land him several feet away. Once a few feet off the ground did he open both sets of wings and started to break for the impact on the ground, folding his wings neatly afterwards. "Good day, I'm Sabe here to pick up the goods that you are to deliver." he said fluently not really caring about the small chatter.

Amarth looked up at the sound of beating wings and at the sound of something heavier; heavier than him, landing on the ground. His whiskers twitched and he moved closer, clawed thoes digging into the mud easily. The Selkie moved closer then and peered at the newcomer with curious, yet odly harsh green eyes "You be the one that needs tha stuff and tha'?" He pulled of a fake accent, thinking that he stood cool with it.
His ear twitched lightly, letting the enlongated fur on it move as if he where in wind "Else can't give ya that.." He narrowed eyes again and licked his lips as if thinking about food. He tilts his head and straightened as much as he could in this. He then took a piece of the rope in his mouth and tugged on it, letting his bagage fall to the ground.
He nuzzled the thing briefly and closer to the strange bird. He looks up and then nods his head briefly "That all?" He questioned, refraining just from holding out his hand to demand payment.
His whiskers twitched again and he frowned. He scratched idly at an itching spot on his front paw. He felt his fur ripple as he moved closer still, this time he held out his tiny clawed paw and looked at the huge bird "Payment now then, please?" He forced the words over his lips and nearly winced at the bad taste it seemed to leave.

He looked to the rat somewhat, it would be so easy making the small one flying with one of his many spells that he had in memory. It would have been just to easy. He smiled to the guy and reached down and lifted it checking the contents, he hadn't heard that he had said the second time, but once he said something about payment did the heron look up to the silky.
"Payment? Oh yes, I guess that I do owe your employer payment." he said with a bit of a smile as he reached into his bag lifting some coin, it wasn't much as he thought it was going to be, but it would be enough.
Inside the bag were drugs that people craved within the captail. He could even get into some small trouble if he was found out that he was doing this, he didn't even think that the rodent even realized what he was carring could get others in trouble or even worse.
"You know, if my business was still running and I wasn't going to go to the courts to find a job their, I would have probably highered you to work for me, moving small packages all across the regions." he cocked he head down to the mouse, "and it would have been good pay to boot." but that blasted Joker had screwed all that up for him... spreading those evil lies about him, runing his business for the rest of his career.
He sighed standing up.
"Is that all I can do for you?" he asked quarking his head a bit to the left, his long crane feathers moving to one side.

He noticed that the bird looked at the contents and he bristled more doesn't he thrust me? Just as the thought popped up in his mind he banished it; of course the other didn't thrust him, he didn't thrust him either, did he? He found logic in that simple statement, one thing solved.
"I gues' he does." He spoke, barely refraining from cackling 'evilly'. He didn't want to seem more like a black sheep already, well... maybe it was too late for that already, but well. One still could shove it down as him being a 'lazy' Selkie that didn't know how to interact and play nice with others.
"Work?" He echoed disbelieving, then shook his head "Oh, no. Amarth doesn't need a job." He spoke, grinning briefly at him "He's happy to stay where he is for now..." The accent was forgotten by now as he continued.
His eyes gleamed with greed for a moment as he hears the words 'good pay to boot', if it was one thing; he was quite greedy of nature "Even if I took it, it would only be for the money." He whispered now, again more to himself "Oh yes, the money."
He chuckled weakly and looked back up "Likewise, the bag good for you?." He spoke "Something else I can do, perhaps?"
He pauses then shakes his head "No." He finally said "That's all you can do for me..." He shook his head and turned, ready to scurry away to his house again.

The rodent before him seemed to talk quite a bit, getting off subject and back on in the later times. This guy seemed to not be able to get his mind strait, well at least for all he could tell. He would seem like he was when he was a lower card, exubrent and full of life and the such, but Sabe had changed, changed a great bit.
Though at the last few things that he said, something about something that he could do for himself, and yet taking the statement back sounded a bit odd to the Club.
"Wait, what is it that is bothering you that you wished to tell? Apparently it has been dodging in your head all these times... and there may just be something that I could help you with you know." he said pulling out the packages and transfering them over to his own bag, which was designed to be flown with.
He tossed back the others bag.

"Bothering me?" He echoed, then shook his head slowly and grinned briefly yet again "There is nothing that bothers me." He chuckled and caught the bag in his front paws. His eyes zeroed on the bag at the bird's side. So there was the stuff he had to bring now, he could care less, but it was just nice to know for...safety reasons.
He inhaled and shook his head "And if there was something.." He started again "Would be that I want to get home right now.." He looks back "So if that's all?" He asked again; a polite way for him to say piss off.
He looked into the bag he had in his front paws again and peered in. He pushed his clawed hand in it and took something, before taking it out and throwing it to him "You missed that one." He spoke, then dipped his head briefly and observed for a moment longer. He didn't know what held him here, after all; he had only planned to give it and disappear, meaning that he had stayed longer than he had promised himself.

He cought the package noticing that it was Fingers, it was the good stuff as he recalled from Zub. It was good to know that the rodent before him was a good card, as far as he knew.
He smiled to the silky and opened both of his wings, it was time for him to leave back to the capital to sell his new found drugs, bought from the silky lakes themselves. The good stuff not that stuff that comes from Corvy... that was cemicaly created from their ideas of what would make a great chemical reaction in the cards body.
He smiled and took to the air as he pushed hard with both sets of wings. Rasing high over the skies. He would remember this card that he had meet, he would come back to him as the middle man next time.
Who knows he might just try some of this stuff himself. He had heard that this stuff was the good stuff to use. Stuff that would take you back to the world that you knew before this one... and others, where Rabbits danced around.

He watched as the other took off, something akin to a grin lifting the corners of his mouth. Then he turned and scurried away after having called a loud "Goodbye." to the bird. He was kind of glad that he had went out today, other cards weren't as bad as he believed, they where nice. Okay, the only other card he had met was, somewhat. But that counted for something didn't it?
He ruffled his fur irritated, before suddenly sitting up to clean the elongated fur on his front-paws, he detested getting those dirty.
He only looked up again as the other flew away this time. The selkie briefly pondered what the stuff was that he carried; but keeping one his silence was better than getting killed too, huh?
He laughed lightly and then disappeared between the grass, only from above he could be seen and then it was still difficult to spot him. He readied himself as he walked for the long, long road back home.
(OoC; I think this is all that can be said?)
