Notes: His binding isn't as heavy as it seems to be, it's enchanted to float if he's in water so he won't drown. His mother may only have been 1/3 Penguin...but she understood.

Basic Ability: He can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not he actually has the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can decipher up to two languages of the player's choosing. These languages are in addition to the common tongue and the Diamond house language.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can cast a lie-detector spell on a Card of the Suit of Diamonds and of a Rank lesser or equal to his own, once per day. Cards of equal Rank would be aware of the spell, but Cards of lesser Rank would not.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, he can fly for half an hour. Due to his hefty weighted binding, however, he is only ever able to get 6 feet off the ground, and his flight is about as fast as his walking pace. Winged Diamonds can use this ability for effortless, perfectly controlled flight.

Rabbits Foot: This terribly grisly appendage gives the person first to touch it, Horatio, the incredible ability to predict things that will happen about himself (within a mile) 5 minutes into the future, once a week...that could make for a good detective, H.
That foot shouldn't leave his possession, though...something awful could happen.

Cool Shades: Wow! What a cool pair of shades! Makes you want to whip them on and off and spew crappy one-liners, doesn't it? They tingle a little when touched and give the owner the impression they could do more if they're put on...

Horatio will feel a strange tingle when he places the shades on his face and- Oh! In a flurry of seconds, he seems to have grown a short, sandy-red mane with a nice part! He can also feel an ability bubbling inside of him to go with these glasses!
When wearing these shades, he will be able to, once a week, know exactly where a person he's looking for was last and the name of one person they were with. Automatically, no questions.
