Please Note: The information listed below is extra information concerning this character's stats. While this may be used for reference or for a detailed look into the characters personality, in no way does that mean that this is exactly how the character thinks or acts. The information could be completely inaccurate. Please take that into consideration when you are looking for information about this character before you roleplay with them.Clubs: The Hoof [/u] Clubs are by far the most common Suit and they are the only ones that can occur in breedings where neither parent possessed the Suit. For example, a Spade and a Diamond have children; it is perfectly plausible for them to have one Diamond and two Clubs. The only breeding Clubs cannot occur in is one between two red Cards. Clubs are seen as the "grunts" of Society. Even their Queen is not as highly respected as any of the Other Queens, be they a better ruler or not. They are often put to use as laborers by other Suits and aren't regarded for their intellectual skill, even though many are more than qualified to be in higher positions. The Club representation, the Hoof, represents their durability and their station as laborers; many resent the label. Aces[/u] Aces are seen as the degenerates of society. They are beneath even the meanest Club and some parents, upon receiving one, are so horrified that they kill them at once. Aces will never possess magical abilities, never be able to rise above their rank, and never be able to attain a Human form. Aces are not respected by anyone and even some members of other Courts, such as the Cats and Jacks, feel that it is beneath them to speak to an Ace as an individual. Aces do the most repugnant jobs and are frowned upon by all. Most Aces tend not to recognize Suits, as an Ace is an Ace and everyone treats them like dirt, but occasionally an Ace of Hearts or Diamons will attempt to lord that small status over other Aces. Aces can only breed with other Aces, though an Ace can result from any breeding. Hoofed MammalsThe Hoofed Mammals are a bit harder to find about the countryside than some of the other breeds. They tend to stay away from watery Realms and favor hard-packed ground over which they are excellent sprinters. They are usually in the forms of deer, horses, and gazelles, though others have been spotted. Torquehelm and Yarrow GardensResidents are usually black with purple highlights and/or socks, white wing-like markings on their backs, and purple eyes. Torquehelm is a rather dark place. Due to it's placement near the Tulgey Wood, there isn't much sunlight or moonlight. An odd aura surrounds the place, and many feel a sense of depression upon entering. The members of Torquehelm are known for their odd habit of binding. They are said to do so because they hope it will lift the curse upon their land. Each resident of the realm is bound in some way, shape, or form, the most popular being chains or blindfolds. They tend to be intelligent and quick, but difficult to deal with because of the downtrodden mood, though they are still widely accepted in Courts and are sometimes made confidants of those in power. The land of Torquehelm does not produce much in the way of items to trade, though there are rich deposits of precious metals and iron. Residents are usually pink with yellow and lilac in points. They are more prone to ornamental mutations and accessories, serving little purpose but decoration. Those who hail from the Yarrow Gardens are very commonly female. It is difficult to locate a male from that realm and it leads to rumors and jokes from other lands. The women (and men) of the Gardens look delicate and beautiful, but underneath they are undeniably strong-willed and powerful. Their land is covered in decorative gardens and small patches of forest. Under closer inspection, one would find that most of the plants are highly poisonous and resilient. The Yarrow Gardens are located over a rupture in the world's surface that they are careful to cover up. The gases that sometimes escape would kill most normal plant life and livestock. Those who visit are often surprised to find that they "come down with something" upon arrival and feel ill for the remainder of their journey. [/center]
