A Pick Up, (Nako)[CLOSED]

((Thinking about ending this, and sorry that it is so short.))

The heron gave her a nod, "Ye be right, but things like that takes time to accomplish, nothing happens fast enough, and I will need more prestige before I start attempting to hire more people."

It was nice just to sit and talk to someone even if it was for a little while, he did have things that he needed to get to and finish up. He gave a sigh eye balling the packages that she needed to send out.

He finished up the other bowl with less enthusiasm, the first bowl was just for starters and this was for the taste and the nurishment that he needed. With it out of the way and the dinner chat good did he stand up, feeling refreshed and like a new heron.

"I thank you Zuberi, but mail dosn't deliver itself ye know." he said with a bit of a chuckle at his own joke.

Having done her good deed for the day, Zuberi was in high spirits as she got together all the mail that was to be sent out by the heron. Packing it in his carrysack while he rested, she was sure to make sure everything was in order by the time he was ready to leave. Watching him fly off into the distance, she grinned to herself as she went back into her hut, not bothering to shut her rickety door as it never quite sealed shut anyhow. Hopefully those parcels would find their way to their destination without any incident. Hopefully the rest and food would do its work and make his journey just a touch easier.

With a sigh, she began to wash the dirty dishes. That was the worst part of having company after all. One would never ask a guest to clean up after themselves if they had any shred of decency in them.
