The Selkie rat had wandered off too far it seemed. He didn't know where he was, but that was no surprise, was it? He always seemed to travel to places where he wasn't supposed or planning to go. He raised himself to the tips of his hind-legs and pushed the door open with his clawed paws, the fur brushing the wood before him and he watched the show with his green eyes for a moment. He payed back attention to his surroundings when the door creaked open, falling to all four his legs again he scurried forwards, towards the bar. He slipped easily next or underneath the other cards. He looked up faintly and hopped onto one of the chairs and seated himself there comfortable, nearly letting his tail wag like a canine of sorts would do "Can I 'ave somethin' to drink?" He asked, nearly demanded as he peered around with his green orbs. He was patient enough to wait for an answer as he looked around, seeing a few cards look around him with looks that suggested that if he was willing to pay that he would have a fantastic night. He snorted briefly in himself and waited more "I really can use something strong." He muttered too himself, making him look quite insane. He didn't deny the fact, it was quite fun to mess up with cards their head sometime. He took in the walls then and nearly shuddered at the state that they where in, why had he picked this place again? Oh yes. He needed something strong for a cheap price, having to make another delivery. It seemed that he wasn't used for other things these days. It didn't bother him too much, but he rather wanted to laze around and watch as others scurried around him to do everything that they could think off, quite amusement, even if he did say it so himself. He rubbed his head briefly with a balled paw and let out the tiniest of yawns as he shrugged minutely to get something out of his back before he would continue and demand something. No need though, the waiter had arrived and leaned over "Th' stronges' ye hav' pleas'?" He asked, the card looked curiously for a bit, before nodding his head and turned, getting a glass from below the counter and taking a bottle from behind him

Speaking of cards that looked as if they'd give him a good time for a price .... the wiry canine was just beginning her 'shift' that night. She'd been working for Roxanne for awhile now and had been getting little tips and tricks from Mehen for just as long .... making her confidence all the better. She'd had a rather good week as well and was looking to turn a few more ticks tonight if she could manage ... this place was a good pick to. The cheap drinks here brought in quite a few people, mostly the shady variety but .... those were generally the easiest 'customers'.... especially when they had a few drinks running through their system. The Club entered the bar in the grandest way she could with simply an animal form. She pushed the doors open with a paw, tossed her head a bit, so the little shock of mane she had would settle on the side of her eye instead of covering it, chest puffed out and paws moving in the most graceful manner she could muster. Oh yes, she was looking for attention tonight and she flashed a pretty little smile to anyone who paid her mind. Tricks later, now she needed a drink. Not as many as her off days ... but just enough to get a good buzz rolling over her form. The Kahmden hopped up onto the stool next to the mouse and sent her best smile to the bartender, who returned it and went to go fetch her usual ... he knew how she liked he drinks. While she waited her crystal eyes shifted, finally noticing the bright coat of the little rodent next to her. Well hello there stranger.

He wasn't paying attention all anymore to his surroundings, having finally gotten his drink. He took small sips of it, seeming afraid that he would burn his throat if he was too greedy, but he wasn't a stranger to strong drinks, if he could get his hands on it he would chug it down like an experienced one. He noticed that someone seated him- or herself next to him. He didn't pay attention too it though, he only looked up when the other spoke.
He blinked slowly, as if not understanding the words, but then nodded gravely "Hello, yourself." He looked the card over "M'lady." Polite too ladies? Well, it was trained in him, sort off. He looked back at his glass and took a deep gulp now. He turned his eyes back to her and looked the canine over, raising a slight eyebrow. He didn't know why she chose to address him, there where other cards around.. that would be better?
He wiped his muzzle with his balled paw again and ordered another drink when he finally noticed that his current glass was empty. The bartender nodded in the distance and when he came back placed both glasses in front of the one ordering them. He smiled briefly, still trying to be polite "Shall I pay that for you?" He stuttered briefly though. Oh gods, he wasn't used too this stuff.

Oh, a gentleman type eh? She wasn't expecting one of those.... then again, this was a bar and there definitely was the possibility that this mouse was putting on a little act. Well ... she was quite certain that she could handle herself, especially against a little mouse, so she'd just go ahead and play along. She kept a friendly, only slightly toothy grin on her face as he spoke more, her interest increasing as he ordered another. This might actually prove to be an easy night. And, well... if he wasn't exactly into her type... she could always point him in Eros's direction ... the cat was quite good at enticing other males after all. Besides, there was nothing wrong with helping out another member of the gang if you got the opportunity.
She nodded at the bartender when he left the drinks and then her attention slipped back to he rodent when he made a... rather unexpected offer. That whip like tail of hers started to sway in that oh so canine manner as she let a light, bubbly giggle escape her maw.
Only if you'd like to, kind sir.

He nods his head lightly "Of course."[/b] He murmured, a faint blush hidden by his fur. Fortunate for him! He shifted his weight slightly, if it were possible one could say that he seemed aware of her thoughts. But fortunate for many he couldn't and he also liked it that way.
He swallowed more of the drink-that-was-not-quite-fire-anymore-but-still-nice-to-drink. He didn't ignore her on purpose, he just didn't seem that he could hold his attention to anything for longer than a few seconds.
He blinked over and he pondered that she had quite the nice laugh on her. He could love it, but nah. There where still better around if she where looking for that... oh yikes, he couldn't even get the word over his tongue, or inner tongue. It depends on how you see it.
Okay, rambling. Ahem, he looked around the room again "Do you come here often?"[/b] A faint attempt at idly chatter, he noticed, but didn't they prefer that over silence?

That tail of hers continued to sway ever so slightly, even as the rodent fell into an uncomfortable sort of silence. However, she could have sworn she caught a hint of a flush on those cheeks of his, white fur wasn't exactly the best at hiding such things, but she wasn't entirely certain. Was he of the shy variety? Well, those type were certainly the most entertaining ... they got so fumbly and cute. She kept an eye on him as she started on her drink, letting him stay as quiet as he wanted to be. Although if it lasted too long she'd just finish her drink and move on. But... aha! There it was ... idle chatter.
This happens to be one of my favorite haunts ... but I haven't seen you around here before ... new in town?
Her tail came to life once again ... well, he didn't want her out of his sight, at least not outwardly so, and that was a good sign. Perhaps she should try a little harder, see if she could really make the little vermin blush? She placed one paw on his stool and leaned forward, using the other to toy lightly with the selkie fluff on his ear if he stayed still long enough.
I'd remember a face like yours ...

It was certain that it worked when she leaned forwards and played with the fur on his ear. He coughed slightly as red stained his cheeks harder, raising to the tips of his ears. He was certain that he would be burned by now; yet he nearly jerked his head back, but the straining muscles forced him to stay in this position "You can say so.." He said, clearing his throat lightly and scratched the side of his head for a moment.
He turned his head towards her, only to meet her eyes and he looked away quickly, again blushing. He wetted his lips "I'm only here for a delivery after all.." He looks around again, trying his best avoiding looking at her "Well not exactly here here.. but.." He mentions with his clawed paw towards the door where the city lay behind.
He felt a small grim smile touch his muzzle "When I'm done I'm going back.." He shook his head again when he noticed that his glass was empty again. He frowned, how did it came that they where so empty real quick?
He cleared his throat slightly and looked back at the bartender "Can I 'ave anothe' one?" He spoke with his 'accent' again. His eyes turned to her, most likely if to check if she where laughing because of it. He felt faint paranoia -or something alike- creep to his mind again, but he shook their chains off quickly.
