Notes: The blue mane is an exceedingly odd mutation...people will probably wonder if she has some Selkie blood in her.
This poor child seems almost haunted and jumps at shadows and sudden noises. Her voice is very wispy and light, she seems incapable of making loud sounds.
The tiny bone wings and spine shown on her tail are her own...the bone mask is removable and she claims that it is a gift from "Papa".... Though when asked who, what, or where "Papa" is, she cannot answer.
She is exceptionally clingy and does not feel safe unless surrounded by her "family".





Basic Magical Ability: She can run up to 20mph in sprints and 20mph for up to an hour in extended runs.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, she can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should she look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, she will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, she can create up to two gallons of drinking water up to two times per day.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, she can call forth and dismiss a small familiar that is unique to the individual.

Notes: This bizarre Tove has eyes that are nearly bigger than its head. It is able to focus on a person its master is thinking of and then conjure them up in a mental link to its master for a full five minutes once per day.



Jack's Ability: Once a week, he is capable of causing an opponent to feel as though horrible, cold, sharp bone fingers are clawing at them for a full minute. This forces them to squint for the first thirty seconds as they adjust to the fact that their eyes are not actually under attack. The remainder of the time is spent feeling the pain of constant nicks and scratches that simply won't let up. When using this ability, her eyes light up from within and she loses a sense of herself for the duration of the spell, moving slowly as though in a dream and calling softly for her Papa.
