The snarky, scary cockatrice taken down by his beloved auntie. It's so fitting, and I could totally imagine that happening.
Your birds and your humans are especially awesome. Absolute win, especially when you color. Your colorless sketches certainly have their own charm though.

Viola's Snake Hugs make me laugh so hard I could die. XDD It's pretty hilarious.
All your sketches are terribly fun but I do love the colored ones, Cal is wonderfully done<3 and the expression on Ez's face in the pick with Xiven makes me chuckle. XD
Anya's positively beautiful in that sketch, and I love that extra little bit of color for her eyes<3 And Zane, how true... You're such a lady killer. XD

...You just brought out a squee from me. I became seriously tongue tied when I saw these drawings. I kept going "th-th-th" while trying to say "that is awesome!" because they are!
Your coloured and your black-and-white sketches capture the spirit of the SD, especially Beowulf! ^_^ He looks poised for a fight. I like the simple, functional broadsword with its curving hilt in particular. I never thought Beowulf's broadsword should look over-decorated, and, truth be told, he despises those "gaudy baubles" (as he says) that most Hearts have the audacity to call weapons. So, kudos to you for drawing it.
D'aww, Viola hugging Karrock is heart-warming, yet amusing. XD <3 That message is true: "snake love is dangerous." Being squeezed to death by a snake, who also happens to be your aunt, is like ten times worse than having your cheek pinched.
Ok, I know people have said it earlier, but I think once more wouldn't hurt. *snerks* Ah, Zane. He truly does come across are a lady killer with that handsome face, winning smile and pimpin' hat. First Lokelani, and now Anya. Who will be next to fall for his charm? ^_~
Ursula catches and holds the eye, and Falks and Benedict are super-cute as well as super-freaky! Xiven looks tough, yet feminine as a Master Smith, while I only have two words for Brandy: smokin' hot.
It's always great to see more stuff from you, Kari. ^_^b
