He is a chemical Corvistowneian, mostly interested in poisons. He is father to Ophelia, though he and Ophelia are completely estranged and close to never speak.
Abilities
Basic Magical Ability: He can run up to 20mph in sprints and 10mph for up to an hour in extended runs.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should he look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, he will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can create up to two gallons of drinking water up to two times per day.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, he can call forth and dismiss a small familiar that is unique to the individual.

Notes: Odd this Tove looks very similar to another...does it have a twin? If these two Toves were to come together...something strange may happen. As it is, this Slithey is able to hiss out very cold steam that could cause another SD ranked 8 or lower to loose their sight for an hour.Tove Mutagen: The two Toves, upon actually meeting one another, will very suddenly burst into dazzling green flames. They will swirl about, crying aloud uncontrollably until the flames fizzle out. Once the flames have ceased, each Tove will have a distinct burn across opposite sides of their faces. These burns look amazingly horrible and crackle with green energy from time to time.
As a result of these two Toves meeting, the owners are now inexplicably connected. Fully able to communicate telepathically with one another through their Toves whenever they like, and (to a small extent) read each other's motives and actions, though not thoughts.
If working together, they could become quite the formidable pair.
Jack's Ability: He is able to grow thin fine claws from his hands once a week. They will fall off after three hours and normal nails will regrow in their place. They are thin and snap somewhat easily but are great for stabbing.
King's Ability: He is able to secrete a thin poison from his claws. It has the ability to instantly sicken Cards ranked 10 and below and Jacks will feel dizzy. Other Kings will be decided by an Admins' die roll and Queens are out of his league. The sickness is like a terrible fevered spell of nausea, Cards can see through it and keep fighting should they choose, but they will be heavily encumbered, slowed, and have poor reaction times.
Moderate Ability: Once a day, he is now able to cause his Spade water ability to change to gasoline instead!
He can only cast one gallon for this spell, but if his aim is good and he has a match at the ready, then who cares?
