His bindings pull his head up slightly and his waist and neck bands are slightly tight. Heaven forbid he ever gain weight as the bonds will start to cut into him.
Abilities
Basic Magical Ability: He can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not he actually has the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can decipher up to two languages of the player's choosing. These languages are in addition to the common tongue and the Diamond house language.
Small Ability: This tiny silver bell on a string came from the bottom of Helen's skirt. It causes all spells assigned to ranks 7 and lower to miss him the first time they are used against him. For example: If Xiven tried to use her weapon proficiency on him for the first time ever (she's never used this spell on him before), she will find herself clumsy and unable to attack him. If she tries to use it on him any time after that, though...it will work.
Moderate Ability: Once a week, he is able to cause an enormous static shock, similar to a tazer zap, to electrify his fur. He will not feel it, though his fur will stand oddly on end, and any contact with him (even through a magical weapon) will register this blast of painful shocking energy back through their body for a full 10 seconds.
Small Ability: Once a week, he is able to make a person feel incredibly friendly toward him for a full 5 minutes. During this time, they will treat him like an old chum of theirs, pleasant and happy...to the extent that they ever are. Meaning they will treat him as they would treat one of their own friends. So, for example: Finistris would treat him amicably, invite him to tea sometime, and buy him a biscuit or coffee. Osias, on the other hand, would smack him in the face and tell him to piss off in a mildly jovial manner.
