Name: Kelasia
Suit: Diamonds
Rank: King
Gender: Female
Animal: Skunk

*Notes: She's high in rank (9) because she was born that way; she has never had to work to attain better.
Basic Magical Ability: She can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not she actually have the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, she can decipher up to two languages of the player's choosing. These languages are in addition to the common tongue and the Diamond house language.
Strong Magical Ability: When activated, she can cast a lie-detector spell on a card off any suit and of a rank lesser or equal to her own, once per day. Cards of equal rank would be aware of the spell, but cards of lesser rank would not.
Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, she can fly for about one hour at 15mph. Winged Diamonds can use this ability for effortless, perfectly controlled flight.
Jack's Ability: She is able to become invisible for up to two hours once per week. Yes, the time can actually be split up throughout the week 83
King's Ability: She is now able to run directly up a wall for fifteen seconds, maintaining her balance and then either jumping or tumbling off safely, always landing upright unless she is caught or swiped at in some way. While doing this, the instant her feet touch the wall and the ability is activated, she will move incomplete silence for thirty seconds. She can do this once per week.
Diamonds: The Fang
As a rule, Diamonds are uncommon but not too difficult to come by. They are on the upper end of society due to their color, with practically no stigmas against them. A Diamond has respect in society naturally; even if its number is of the lower cast, the fact that it is a Diamond will lift it above the other "lower" cards. Being born as a Diamond is a celebrated event and the child will probably have a happy life regardless of realm or parentage.
The Diamond symbol, the Fang, refers to their cunning and sharp, biting turns of phrase. Their uncanny intelligence and tendency toward snideness and power gives the Suit a reputation for being fangy. The fang is also normally represented a as serpent’s fang; due to their knack with charisma and bribery, they usually revel in their snake-like stereotype.
Basic Magical Ability: All Diamonds can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not they actually have the natural charm and grace to pull it off.
Eight-Nine: Eights and Nines are seen as the well-to-do "middle class" citizens and feel that they are on pretty much the same level as their neighboring Fives, Sixes, and Sevens. Some Nines tend to get ambitious, seeing as the "upper class" of Ten is so tantalizingly close to them. They are sometimes hired as secretaries and other non-labor-intensive jobs within the Courts; many also have the freedom to become heads of trading businesses or popular entertainers.
Sorgaire Range: Residents are usually slate with a white speckled underbelly and dark blue facial markings that continue down the spine. They have a higher than normal chance for mane mutations and, when a mane appears, it is almost always silvery.
Residents of the Sorgaire Range have little to fear from invading forces or a lack of resources. Though the mountain range is mostly rocky and barren, they are often supplied with cheap food and other supplies from the Josiggy Marsh to ensure that they don't assist those in the Lowlands. Lithe and camouflaged, the members of the Range have an easy enough time blending into their surroundings and avoiding conflicts that may occur around them. Elsewhere, their coats are often praised for their simple beauty and are admired by those about them. Intelligent and aspiring to greatness, many Range dwellers will leave to seek placement in the Courts. They are prized for their quick wit and dry sense of humor toward daily life. The members of the Range often carry with them a piece of stone from their home. Losing it could cause the owner much grief.
