So first it's a cold. And then Pat gets what we think is a case of food poisoning....
But now I'm throwing up. Great. I really hope that it was just food soured on my gut and not some insane stomach flu.
And I've missed... SO many days already. I can't keep missing all of these days and I think our midterm review is TOMORROW. If I'm throwing up tomorrow I can't go to class. And I need to work on my project, and get the final sketch done by tomorrow evening.
I'm exhausted. My tummy hurts. I -still- have a cough, and I can't take my birth control pill if I'm throwing up.
You know what pisses me off though? The one time I actually have TIME to post, is the time I'm too busy focusing on keeping my food down. Just my freaking luck.

O.o;; Lots of fluids (I find that if I can't even keep water down, that Gatorade or some form of sports drink will stay down), rest and vitamins (emergen-C, alkaseltzer cold medicine -amazing stuff, seriously!), Vitamin C, Zinc and Echinacea... Failing all that, chicken noodle soup (if you're not a veggie). I was sick for pretty much all of December and half of January (I caught the flu reaaaaaally badly) and missed a lot of class, so I feel your pain. Get well and feel better soon!

Powerade sounds absolutely magical right now, and we have plenty left since Pat didn't drink all of it yesterday.
I'll have to have some of that, but the actual food is just beyond me right now ;_;
And no worries, I'm a proud omnivore. XD

*nodnods* Clear fluids are the best thing that you can do for your body right now. If you can stand it, mint tea is a stomach-soother, and getting the steam in your lungs might help a little with the coughing, too. If you don't have mint tea, chamomile helps to relax in general.
Things like energy drinks are also good because they've got those vitamins and the like that your body desperately needs right now, too.
Once you can keep food down, I'd reccomend sticking to the BRAT diet for a bit (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast). All of that is easy on the stomach, and can help you to start eating a bit. If you want more nutrients, my parents have always made me plain chicken and rice, with the chicken all cut up into the rice and cooked like that. Fairly bland, but filling while being gentle.

XD, BRAT works! I was on that diet when I was in boot camp, due to everyone was on that diet.
Though I hope that everything goes well Nako, and that you can make up all the things that you missed. They can't be that bad to no realize the fact that some people get sick every now and again.

;_; *hugs you so hard* I won't repeat all the things said about, but everyone has very good suggestions. Rice and gatorade are my fall-back when I'm sick, that's for sure. *sends you love*

There is so much love and sympathy for you coming from me right now, even if that statement didn't make any sense whatsoever. Take care of yourself and try your hardest not to stress too bad - that'll just make you feel even worse, I've found. We loves the you. <3

Awww Nakooo....that really sucks! D: Being sick is awful at the best times, but when you have a lot of class stuff to do and make up...man...*hugs!* I hope you feel better soon. Get lots of rest! D: Any kind of stomach bug always kills me fast I know, so I feel ya. :\
