Ladies and gentlemen I present you with this:

So the power went out at my college. No big deal. However they don't know when the lights are going to come back. Yay. I decide to opt for a hotel with two other people. I'm following them in my truck.

Everything was fine until suddenly my car gas gave me resistance. I thought it was a little odd and then all of a sudden... my car started slowing down. And then it randomly shut off.

While driving on the highway.

So I pull off to the side, shut the car off and try to restart it. It grumbles at me. The people I'm following stop really far along the way because they notice me disappearing. I try to call them... my phone crapped out at that exact freaking moment.

Yay. So somehow I manage to get the car going, even though it smells like it's on fire. Thank god we were painfully close to the hotel otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make it.

So now I am sitting in a hotel, hungry, tired, and I can't go anywhere because my car decided to shit the bed ON A WHIM.

I cannot call my father because apparently the house phone is busy.


And I still need to do homework. Ahahaha.

Man, that blows .... hardcore ..... and I hope it's something easy and inexpensive to fix.

I <3 all of you. I feel like complete and utter crap but my car has been towed (finally). I am still without a phone that works properly (it started working again, sort of.) Hopefully my problems can be solved tomorrow. Or... something.

I still have a midterm Monday and no way to contact the professor. We'll see how smoothly watercolors in a hotel go.

OMG, that totally sucks! Burning smells? God, that could be anything from a snapped belt to a radiator issue or.. ughhhh. I hope the rest of the day goes well for you and that everything works out. If you had such a crap day, hopefully that means an awesome one will come along to balance it out!

My car is fixed. I don't have it yet but it's going to cost me about... ahh... 2800 dollars! Not to mention that my awesome Professor who is vacationing in Jamaica right now still expects met to have ten plus works completed. And there was more suck but I should probably be working on homework right now. *salutes*
