Character Profile:

Mari is a bit of a wallflower; she tends to be shy and unassuming and really not one people would expect to be a prostitute. Most of her duties revolve around cleaning and cooking for the others in Roxanne's gang, but she will go out and do her part when needed. She is a very sweet and caring Card.

Mari was approached by The Queens of Hearts and Club, Rai and Ader, to bear their (many) children for them. She agreed on the grounds that the two Courts would locate Reston and her two children and provide for them for the rest of their lives.

Two messengers-- one from each Court-- located Reston and his two girls, Neviah and Mirai, and brought them from their Avington home to the Court of Clubs to be reunited with Mari.

Unfortunately, the sheer number of children were more than her body could bear and Mari died in childbirth.
