Apologies if it's the wrong board to ask, but I was too shocked/curious.. Well, I've been looking back in the records of the pick-ups. When I suddenly saw my hawk in there! Or is it the evil sister twin hawk of Angavar......? It clearly states that h..she's female in this pick-up thread here, but now the card's stated as... male  ; I find myself confused, so I'm wondering. So, did something change along the way when s/he was picked up, or is it a mistake that no one caught upon yet? Or maybe I really have to look further and see if it's explained somewhere.. <<;; |

It's something Nat seems to do every once in a while when recycling Cards that belonged to inactive members, especially if it's one that was actually played a bit before the member dropped. She'll make them a sibling or relative of the previous Card, and will occasionally swap their gender. Or at least, so I've noticed.

*nod* Yea Shini is correct. When someone that joins and doesn't play the character and then leaves suddenly without word or care does Nat take back the character to put back into the bag'o'SD to be sent back out into the community for new players. Since it was a previously played SD does Nat often add a small power and changes the sex (or leaves the same) for the next caring person that will play the SD with the love and attention that is required.
