The Capital, such an interesting place. So full of busy, worthless people running around attending to their equally unexciting and unimportant lives. Ah, the trivial pursuit of happiness such a boring thing. Oh well, they wouldn't be here long .... then they could return to Tourquehelm. At least there the people were a little more honest with themselves. The pair moved in sync, every time Azriel moved his left side, Katriel moved his right and vice versa, even their heads and tails were held in the same manner. And then they stopped, the twin with the longer hair brushing his cheek against his brother's. Shall we have a bit of fun whilst we're here, dear brother? His voice still carried a Hisstor accent and a little grin crossed his muzzle, one that was mirrored on his larger brother's. Katriel nodded and the pair started to move again. They headed toward the park tails curled in a half loop above their bodies.

(( OOC: Hope you don't mind? )) Peaches was bored. She should have been used to it by now. She did have the attention span of a gnat most of the time, so it took a lot to keep her entertained. Which is why she had resorted to people watching at a local cafe. They were starting to know who she was, and that was terribly bothersome. Probably meant she should move on to some other cafe. And then her attention snapped to one of the people--two of the people--walking down the street. It wasn't every day a Hisstor walked around, and it wasn't everyday she saw black mixed with those colors. Now she had one or two options. Stalk them or make herself known right away. It all depended on how she wanted the play the game. The cat set her payment and tip on the table before skipping over to the parties in question. They did have wings and they... they seemed to be attached? Huh. Must have had some crazy sadistic parents. She should probably stop staring at say something. "It's not everyday I see Torquehelm mixes like yourselves around here," she brushed some of the purple hair out of her face.

[[ Not at all <3 ]]
When the woman approached Katriel bristled his fur and stiffened his muscles, fully prepared to defend himself and his sibling should that but needed. However, he was calmed by a simple brush of his smaller brother's tail, although his orange eyes still watched the woman suspiciously.
Azriel peered at her, his expression never changing from disinterest until he'd finished his once over, at that point the little end of his frown curled up into the slightest hint of a grin. Even in Tourquehelm you didn't exactly see many people wandering around in straight jackets, did you? He suspected that she herself hailed from the region, unless of course she was a straight up loon .... that might be interesting for sure.
The same could be said of your attire, m'dear.
Katriel remained a quiet observer, Azzy always knew what to say .... and he hadn't felt like talking since the incident.

Peaches chuckled. She took note of the suit the other one had. It was a damn shame they seemed to be attached to each other. Probably meant they were terribly close and all of that wonderful sibling stuff. A small part of her missed having a sibling. The other part of her kicked that part in the stomach and ran away.
"Yes well. My parents took pride in how high ranked I was, so they gave me an interesting binding. It comes in handy quite a bit," she said as she waved a sleeve. "You obviously aren't from around here, since I've been coming here fairly often. And you seemed to have a mission before I stopped you, so if you're off to take care of some important business I shouldn't hold you up."
Peaches tilted her head. "But if you're not, perhaps we could have a cup of tea?"

Interesting attire seemed like an understatement, but he felt he couldn't say too much with their rather... unusual binding. It had been their 'father's' idea to ensure that neither of them would ever have to be without family, and their mother's side that called for binding.... the two together? Well, they were a good example of what happened when Hisstors and Torquehelms got together.... and stayed together.
Still, he couldn't help but eye her straight jacket a bit more. It could, however, be mistaken for giving her a rather long look over. Azriel figured she wouldn't take his stare the wrong way.
Mmmm, no ... nothing we can't take care of before it gets dark.
Azriel peered at his larger brother, ears perked and just the hint of a smirk on his muzzle.
Tea, dear brother?
The larger cat nodded before looking up at Peaches with a toothy little grin to show his appreciation at her offer. Azriel turned his gaze back to her as well and nodded.
Sounds like a rather fine idea. But first, let me recollect my forgotten manners. I'm Azriel, and this one here is Katriel. He's really not trying to be rude, just hasn't said a word in years
Katriel nodded his agreement to his brother's statement, even if it wasn't entirely true. On very rare occasions he might say a word or two to his brother, but that was it.
Where might you recommend for some good tea? I'm afraid we're only here once a month.

Score!
The woman grinned a bit as she listened to the one brother speak. Apparently the other one was silent most of the time? Herm. All of the time then. She gave a little half bow with a flourish of a sleeve. "There is that saying about silence being golden, so I hardly take offense. Anyway, It's a pleasure to meet you Azriel and Katriel. My name is Peaches."
The woman scanned the area briefly after the question of where they could find some good tea. She motioned to a tiny little shop that blended in with the surrounding area. It could have easily gone unnoticed by strangers to the city. "That little place on the corner has the best tea in the immediate area. Of course you can't get the rare teas of some of the regions, but what they do have is wonderful."
The human gave a shrug. "If you would like something more exotic we'd have to go on a little walk. Fifteen minutes or so there's a wonderful little shop owned by a Morganberry woman who hunts down the most exotic teas."

Azriel's ear twitched ever so slightly at her name, Peaches? What humorous people her parents must have been, well... humorous or addicts ... one of the two. He was half tempted to ask if she had any siblings, just to hear if they had food names as well, but bit his tongue on that one. She was interesting after all, and he wasn't tired of her presence yet.
when it came ot the tea thing again, he exchanged a silent glance with his brother and nodded before purple eyes were turned back to her.
The close one would be more then alright, it's rather intriguing the way it blends with the residential zone it connects to. They must have a good reputation if they stay around.
Katriel was the one to lift his free paw and gesture toward the cafe with a smile and a motion that was meant to mean 'ladies first'. The two then started forward as well, tail tips touching for a moment before the gentle contact was broken.
Any recommendations?

Peaches was utterly fascinated by the pair. They really were quite strange. "I know all the people from the surrounding areas like to pop in for lunch time, and they have nice service."
The woman purred slightly when they let her in first. Gentlemen to top everything off. She waltzed into the quaint little shop. It was decorated in a fashion similar to the Sorgaire Range and the Mid-Range. A few customers seemed to be chatting at a table the furthest from the door. A large canine woman seemed to be waiting for them to take a seat, ready to serve them a menu and such.
Peaches paused in contemplation of the question. "They do have a wonderful Chai tea from the lakes if you like the stronger stuff, they also have a very nice green tea from the Mid-Range. I might go for their flavored Black tea, however," she said as she took a seat at the nearest table that would allow for the cats to have a comfortable place to perch without having too many complications.
