What...? What happened here?

This strange creature speaks through telepathy and has no true voice, the one eye in it’s cover rolls constantly and can see lies visually in the way that most people would see mist or fog. It’s flight is heavy, awkward and slightly painful, but also it’s only mode of locomotion, traveling long distances is not something this creature can do without assistance.

Hearts will never be able to hear the poor thing’s voice and will only see it as a strange book, possibly trying to pry it open or write in it, unable to communicate with him. It is highly unlikely that he would ever be able to interact with normal Cards, anyone who saw him and began acting as though nothing was incredibly wrong is more than likely mentally unstable and should have themselves wheeled to a doctor as soon as they can. (Seriously guys, none of this “but I’m nice to everyone! ” Crap for this poor boy, he’s a scary thing right off the bat.)

Writing in him, even opening the cover, can cause the creature intense pain and removing his binding could cause an incredibly horrific effect that may not leave him alive...

Doll Notes: Vergel's Doll: A life-like doll about the size of an average human child (10-12) designed to resemble Vergel (as he sees himself) if he were human. This doll is ball-jointed and if the joints were seen, would cause any Card present to realize he is not as he seems and attack him ruthlessly on the spot, regardless of whether or not they were friends... It is a curse he will have to live with.

He is able to possess the body from afar and control it as his own for up to 5 hours each day, before being forced back into his real body. The doll's body is cold, but many will simply assume him to be cold-blooded, a Reptile, perhaps. The body cannot eat or drink, nor does it breath or blink, he must mime breathing every now and then to not be feared by the public. The doll gives off an incredibly creepy vibe to Hearts, especially as their pain spells have no effect when this body is active and being used.

Vergel must be extremely careful, as his actual body goes limp and lifeless during this time, and if found...could be harmed badly...

Abilities

Basic Magical Ability: He can run up to 25mph in sprints and 20mph for up to an hour in extended runs.

Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should he look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, he will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.

Strong Magical Ability: When activated, he can create up to two gallons of drinking water up to four times per day.

Powerful Magical Ability: When activated, he can call forth and dismiss a small familiar that is unique to the individual.

Notes: Once summoned, she is able to create an incredibly dense fog that will surround herself and her master about 10 feet thick. The fog is impossible to see through and feels almost more like material than actual fog. It can be cut through by magical weapons, but it will repel basic Card spells up to King’s Abilities.

Jack's Ability: Once a week, he is able to tell a story so realistic that Cards ranked 8 or lower will automatically believe it unless it is directly disproved to them.

King's Ability: Once a week, he is able to speak in any language imaginable for a full three hours. He is also able to transfuse ink onto parchment or paper around himself in order to write or leave notes if he can't simply talk to someone.

Queen's Ability: Once a week, he is able to pull a memory directly from someone's mind. Any Suit or Rank can suffer this from him, even Rabbits and Jokers. He is able to take the memory of anything, including their abilities, their names, their purpose for being there that day...etc.
