Welcome back, Kari! It's great to see you around on the board again, and I am glad to hear that you're making progress. ^_^ Sorry about your eyes, though. I know sometimes they can be difficult to treat. Hope you feel better soon.

"What now?" I hear you say.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going to be a little slow when it comes to coughing up replies. I'll probably focus on ticket replies mostly. Why you ask?
We'll I had a rather nasty allergic reaction on the left side of my face. They swelling went down in a day, but I have the lingering effect (affect?) of skin pealing and generally feeling like my face has been smacked against a 2x4 repeatedly. It seems to be clearing up far faster than my previous allergies, but you know, I would rather issue the warning to be safe.

0.o Dear Kari, that sounds awfulllll! *hugs*
You probably have already done this, but if not, maybe consider an allergen-free/elimination diet for a few weeks? Even if you don't end up being allergic to a food, it's a nice rest for your immune system. It seemed to help once when my entire body decided to start peeling at once for no apparent reason.
(Admittedly, not the tastiest or most interesting foods ever, but my whole family did it and was it ever nice once we discovered who was allergic to what and people started feeling better!)

Man, that sucks. :< TOTALLY understand if you are a bit slow on replies because of something like that. I hope it continues to clear up fast! *hug*

That sucks so hard. x_____x I'm so sorry. But you're doing an awesome job on keeping up with the ticket contest posts despite your body doing wtf things to you.
*hugs*

Harps: I tried that a few years back when I was first plagued by allergies. @_@; I don't want to go on it again, but I might have to. Most of my allergies aren't triggered by food, thankfully (or not depending on the point of view.)
Lucca: <3 *hugs* thank you. I hope it does too.
Jenn: *takes a bow* Sometimes I'm like a magical unicorn. Then again, all I can do is wallow in misery or post. <3 *hugs back*

If you try it again and it's feasible to do so, use organic foods as much as possible. I didn't go organic, but some people say it makes the diet thingy work better. It certainly can't hurt, right?
