Well, this is unusual for me but...
I didn't really have any starters leftover that fit your description, but we did have this abandoned youngling.
As it is, I'll let it go this time.
This rare little boy is all yours. Please feel free to play him as the short adult he is and I hope you have fun with the bow on his tail.

Notes: The end of his tail is strung with his own hair and is comprised of his own bone. He was born with it and his tail is exceptionally long, he's exceptionally skilled with the cello. He can use it easily and, though it is heavy as a child, he could learn to wield it in a manner that would bring him fame with a string instrument. His words read "Truth" in blue, and "Significance" in pink. He has an odd mane mutation, not only on the top of his head, but blue sideburns and a bit of a goatee.
Basic Magical Ability: He can run up to 30mph in sprints and 10mph for up to an hour in extended runs.
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should he look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, he will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.
