It was time to resort to drastic measures. His most valuable assets had been stolen from him - his does, his leverets, his possessions - and he had no other ideas as to how to rise back to power. Some voice in the back of his mind questioned whether it was worth risking his reputation to be more influential again, but he quickly squashed it. He couldn't live like this. It was demeaning to live like this. It was time to change. The rumor mill, thankfully, still managed to make it's way to his Warren, and lately it had been churning news of a Hisstor Jack who was looking to trade off several Leverets for worthy trades. Giovanni had nothing to trade.. but this Hisstor didn't know that, and he wouldn't ever know who Giovanni was. To My Worthy Colleague,
I have heard recently through the grapevine that are you looking to make some changes in your Warren. My offerings are meager in comparison to your wealth, as my rise to prominence has been recent, but I hope you will consider doing business with me.
My offer is this: I have a lovely Kahmden doe with small, but beautiful pink wings. She is modestly adorned with jewelry, and has a pleasant and obedient attitude. She would make a lovely addition to any Warren, but I simply am looking for more.. unusual possessions.
If you are interested, please follow with a correspondence promptly.
Cordially,
Zurich of the Highlands and Golfam

The tone of the note set Dorian's fur the right way from the first time he read it. Yes, this gentleman obviously recognized the superior makeup of his warren and wished to improve upon his own with some of the Hisstor's stock! He could respect such a goal. Indeed, he could even assist it. To Zurich of the Highlands and Golfam,
Your missive finds me in exceedingly fine spirits, good sir, and I wish to respond in the same tone. However meager your offerings may be, please trust that I am not a greedy Jack and would gladly spread my wealth for appropriately respectful compensation.
Kahmden is a beautiful realm indeed, though I have yet to find reason to visit the native forests. Its inhabitants possess a richness of color and variety of markings that make them appealing to aesthetes across the lands. Even more valuable might be the even, agreeable temperament. I am interested in the lady, and may have some creatures in my possession of sufficient oddity to entertain you.
Please contact me with details of your desired meeting and we may arrange a small gathering to discuss our interests.
Graciously,
Dorian of the Hisstor
