Background Information[/b] Basic InformationDiamonds The Fang[/b] As a rule, Diamonds are uncommon but not too difficult to come by. They are on the upper end of society due to their color, with practically no stigmas against them. A Diamond has respect in society naturally; even if its number is of the lower cast, the fact that it is a Diamond will lift it above the other "lower" cards. Being born as a Diamond is a celebrated event and the child will probably have a happy life regardless of realm or parentage. The Diamond symbol, the Fang, refers to their cunning and sharp, biting turns of phrase. Their uncanny intelligence and tendency toward snideness and power gives the Suit a reputation for being fangy. The fang is also normally represented a as serpent’s fang; due to their knack with charisma and bribery, they usually revel in their snake-like stereotype. Basic Magical AbilityAll Diamonds can act charismatic and persuasive at times, whether or not they actually have the natural charm and grace to pull it off. Five-SevenFives, Sixes, and Sevens are the most commonly found members of society and are seen as the "middle class". Since there are so many of them, they are seen as the "norm" and feel that there is nothing wrong with their lot in life if they remain where they are. They tend to be pleased with life and can get mediocre jobs as higher-end servants in the Courts, living their lives comfortably in the average end of society. Higher-ups may still look down on them, but they can all feel justified in gossiping about that moronic snot at dinner or with the neighbors. CaninesCanines are the most common breed type in the realm; they live everywhere and are exceedingly adaptable. They generally tend toward looking like wolves, domesticated dogs, and foxes. Golfam MarshResidents are usually pale beige with dark green and dark brown blotchy markings. They almost always have webbed feet. Golfam Marsh is unlike it's counterpart, the Josiggy Marsh, in the way that most tend to get lost or lose their lives inside. It is a dangerous place and the dwellers don't usually go out of their way to make it safer for anyone besides themselves. Uniformly dark and damp, any dry land is a treasured commodity in the Marsh. Trees grow closely together and block the sun in many places. The Golfam Marsh has driven a few questers mad and has been rumored to contain dark, terrible secrets. Some fear this land even more than the Hisstor Wastes. Promises and Dreams
Promise…that is what this place had, it was full of promise. He looked at the sky as the sun was setting in the east and he knew that this is where he needed to be to bring himself to the top. He sat on his haunches and looked at the vast landscape and thought about home. There was nothing there for him…and if she didn’t want to follow in his ventures then so be it. “Nathifa…you will be like others who do not wish to follow me in my goals.” He said out loud to the setting sun. This place was a far cry from the marsh in which he grew up but he knew that this is where the future was and here is where he needed to be in order to make his goals become a reality. High on the hill he knew that there was a village nearby but he was unsure if he should make his face known just yet or not. No…now was not the time for that he decided. He needed to keep hidden if his plans were to work… he would venture there soon enough but now he just needed to be patient and wait. The breeze caught the membrane of his wings and threatened to pull them from his body. He looked down at the rank on his chest with disgust. He knew that he was more than a six and he was going to prove that to the world, but first sleep. He spied a tree not far off that was high enough and looked comfortable enough for him to sleep in tonight. Wandering over to it and looking high into the canopy it reminded him of many nights at home…Nathifa…for how week she was he did miss her. He jumped up into the branches, settled down and waited for sleep to come.
“Sebak…” She looked at him and thought to herself that this is wrong…we shouldn’t be doing this… “What if we get caught?” She was terrified for this was more than just the little pranks that they often pulled on the others for Sebak’s amusement alone. She looked up to him and didn’t want to upset him she wanted to make him proud of her…she truly cared about him even if she thought that he did not her. He rolled his eyes and smiled charismatically at her. “My dear Nathifa, why are you so scared? You know that I will be here…When have I not been here for you…for us?” His words lingered in his ears, so much to get this silly female to just do one little thing…what more did he have to do to insure that she was wrapped around his every beckoning call? He smiled sweetly and pulled her closed and wrapped his wings around her back. “Have I ever lead you to darkness? Don’t you want to be out in the light? Away from all of this?” He looked into her eyes and waited for her to respond as he knew that she would. “Sebak…” She lowered her head onto his chest and sighed. Yes this was where she wanted to be…here with him…nothing more and nothing less and she would risk it all just for that. When he knew that she was melting to his whim he smirked to himself and just waited for her response…god…this was too much effort for this so that she would do as he wished, but it was going to be worth it “Sebak…will you always be with me?” He stepped back…that was not what she usually said at this point and he was flabbergasted and at a loss for words. “What are you talking about…All of this is for you and I, I risk all of this for us Nathifa…do you not trust me?” His eyes were full of compassion and conviction which was rare to see. She looked down at the ground and away from him. She liked it here and was happy…she didn’t want to leave home but she wanted to be with him but not like this…this was wrong…this wasn’t the right way to leave. “Sebak, why can’t we just tell them we are leaving? Why do we have to do it this way? Why do we have to lie to everyone? What about my sister? She and her mate have just had their first child and he is strong and full of promise like you Sebak...you make it seem like you never want to come back home…never see any one again.” She looked into his eyes and wondered what was going through that head of his. He returned her gaze “I don’t…I never want to see this place again…you and I don’t belong here Nathifa and this is the only way to insure that we will never return.” She just sat there for what seemed like forever and finally stood up and looked towards the village that they called home. “I can’t do this Sebak…not like this…” She started to walk towards home with tears in her eyes as they threatened to spill over onto her fur. Sebak growled and sneered “Then I have made a mistake to have given you my heart and wanting to share all of this with you…you are weak and have no place by my side…” He started to turn away and stopped in mid step. “And Nathifa…if you tell any one what I plan to do I swear I will destroy all that is dear to you…” He turned and walked away as he heard her sobbing behind him.
He woke suddenly with a start at his own dreams of a not so distant past. “Good riddance…” He thought to himself as his heart broke slowly inside his chest.
Childhood Memories
The last of the starlight shown through the tree he was laying in as twilight brightened into the early hours of the morning. He hadn’t been able to go back to sleep after the dream he had. His mind was too full of thoughts of the past and what he needed to do for the future. Nathifa haunted even his dreams it seemed and it was beginning to irritate him, this wasn’t going to be a very good day. He looked about the land from his even higher perch in the tree and tried his best to focus on his goals. He knew that first he needed to gain his bipedal form or all would be lost, no one would take him seriously if he didn’t and he knew that. Besides hands were always better than paws any way. He stood up and balanced himself on the branch that he was laying on and stretched out his wings and folded them gingerly along his sides again as he prepared to jump out of the tree. He landed just fine but because of his stiff joints his limbs failed and he fell to the ground. This irritated him even more as he cursed under his breath and pulled himself to his feet.
He wandered back to the hill where he sat the night before and looked down at the village below. He was hungry but he knew that he couldn’t show his face there yet and from what he had seen last night food in this place would be harder to come by than in the marsh and this infuriated him even more. He looked around the area and hoped for a means of which to provide himself a quick easy meal. Unfortunately nothing was showing its self for him and he decided to move on as he knew today might mean no food. His mind began to wonder to his childhood…
“Sebak! Sebak! Where are you?!” She threw her hands up in frustration. “Sebak! This isn’t a time for games! Where did you go?!” The feline female wandered around the wooded area near their village as she looked for the young canine. He watched her look for him underneath some larger roots that had been eroded away by rising flood waters over the years during the winter months. There was just enough room to hide from her and to not be seen but his hiding place was getting small and soon he would have to find a better one. He didn’t want to go back there…he hated the way that it smelled and how plain everything was. He didn’t belong there and if they wanted they could move him to a better place then this…but no they all chose to stay here in this…damp swamp, it sickened him. He suddenly realized that the female was no where in site and usually that meant that she had gone back to the village to wait for him to come back like he always did when he was hungry. He wiggled his way out from under the branches. “Gotcha!” She yelled and landed squarely on his back as she pounced on him in her animal form and he uttered an involuntary yelp. She smiled proudly at having found his hiding place after all of this time. He lifted his head up from the damp ground having after just having dirt shoved up into his snout at her landing. He was furious. “Nathifa!!!! Get off me!” He growled at the feline. She jumped off of him as he uttered oomph at the shift of her weight. He rubbed his nose with his paws and sneezed a few times but dirt was still stuck in there and was very uncomfortable. He glared at her and though about how much of a pain she was. He looked her up and down and her apparent differences were quite clear. Not only was she of a different suit than he but her fur was different as well. He remembered the day she was brought here if just only barely, it was four years ago just after his second birthday when a group of the adults had brought her here. All the adults stated that she was very lucky to have been the only one to live while the others in her party had perished. It was estimated that she was only about the age of one, a year younger than he was, and his neighbor’s who already had a daughter about same age as she was took pity on the little girl and gave her a home and a name and called her their own. Her beauty was well known in his village and it was no wonder that all loved her as she was kind and sweet to every one…even him. “Sebak I’m sorry I didn’t mean to hurt you, are you okay?” She tilted her head as she had shifted back to her bipedal form and was approaching him on her hands and knees. She reached out her hand to wipe his nose to try and ease his discomfort. He snorted at the female and looked away. She always looked at him like that and it bothered him. Why did she follow him around any way? They all had such high hopes for him when he was born but he couldn’t stand any of them and he out right showed his displeasure. “Let’s go and play Sebak!” She smiled at him and grabbed his neck and kissed his cheek. He just sat there shocked at her action as she had never done that to him before. He just watched her pounce off into the woods and only after she turned and yelled at him to hurry was it that he moved and started to walk towards her.
He shook the memory from his mind. Why did she haunt his thoughts? He looked to the sky and continued to wander around the meadows and his thoughts began to wander once more…
“Sebak! Come on! We’re going to be late! She pranced in front of him and grabbed his ears in a loving manner as her tail swished behind her. He shook his head to free himself from her grasp as she danced away ahead of him. She defiantly wasn’t like any one he had ever met before and there was just some thing about her that he just couldn’t shake away. He had already been thinking about leaving this place and to start some where else, some where he could have a real future. He knew though that now was not the right time he had just turned fourteen and he knew that in this world with out a way to make money he wouldn’t be able to make his goals become reality. There was only one thing that was bothering him though and that was her. Every time he thought of his plans to prove that he was destined to become great she invaded his thoughts and was there with him, by his side. He continued to watch her lead the way back to the village and he just sat down in his tracks without a second thought. Why was she there in his head? Why wouldn’t she just go away and leave him to his own thoughts. He grumbled a bit as he became irritated at his own unintentional feelings for Nathifa. Suddenly she was there in front of him. “Sebak, what’s wrong?” Her eyes were full of compassion and kindness, it upset him even more. Why does she look at me like that? Why did she follow him around all of the time? What was this feeling in his chest and head that made him just want to be closer to her? His face scowled and he pushed her away. “Leave me alone…” He growled at her. This wasn’t right; he didn’t care about her only getting out of this place mattered. Yes that was all that mattered. Nathifa looked hurt as she lay back on the ground after having lost her balance by being pushed away. He stood up and started to turn away from the village, he didn’t want to go back yet and he didn’t care if he was going to be late. Why had he let her lead him back here any way? No one had any control over him, especially not her. “Sebak wait, where are you going?” She got to her feet and made a motion to follow him. He turned back towards her and growled at her through clenched teeth. “Don’t follow me, just leave me alone I don’t want you around me…” He turned away and ran into the flora away from everything as he heard her sobbing behind him. Why? Why did he feel this way? That was all he could think about as a single tear ran down his face, why was he crying?
He stopped in his tracks as he noticed a tear rolling down his face and fall to the ground with a small splatter as it hit the grass around him. He swiped at the place where the tear fell with his paw and ripped up the ground. Curse her…he thought. That damned female…who needed her any way?
New Beginnings
Away…yes away, far away from them. She had escaped in the middle of the night after managing to peck her way out of her blanket bindings that they left on her. She was glad to be away but didn’t know where to go after she had plotted and completed her escape. She knew that she couldn’t go back to the palace, as he would have just turned her out again even though that was where she truly wanted to be. Her chest heaved as she flew as farther away from those people and the palace, which was where she truly wanted to be. Her wings ached at not flying this far or this fast before either. The landscape had defiantly changed and nothing looked very familiar. She was lost and becoming more so with every passing second. A tree, is that a tree there in the distance? Yes, it’s a tree! The fledgling smiled in her heart as with no lips one could not possibly smile. The tree meant safety for the night as well as a place to rest her weary body. As she neared the tree, landed, and managed to almost fall, her legs had become stiff and they threatened to grasp the branch properly. She carefully made her way to the trunk of the tree and settled against it. Sleep was slower coming than she liked and her mind thought back to what seemed like days before sleep finally took her.
He groaned as he awoke from another restless sleep filled with visions of his home and her. It seemed he wouldn’t be able to escape that place no matter how hard he tried. The sun was beginning to appear above the horizon and filled the sky with hues of purple and orangey pink. His stomach growled at him as he remembered that he had failed to find any food the day before. He once again looked around the landscape and knew that eventually he would have to make an appearance in the village or starve. His appearance in the village could put a damper on his plans, but did he have any other options? He had looked all over the previous day for a quick meal and found nothing; chances were that today would be no different. He stretched his legs as he stood up from his resting place under a tall tree with low hanging branches. They provided a nice shelter from most of the summer breezes in the area and helped to keep him hidden from any one that might have been wandering around in the middle of the night. As he left the safety of the branches, he made sure to note the location for the night to come. He would return to this spot, it was safe and far enough away from people so that he wouldn’t be located until he was ready. He looked around and hoped that maybe he would be able to find some small morsel today. He knew that small mammals like mice and rabbits would still be sleeping in their burrows but birds would be resting in the trees and bushes. He looked up into the tree he had just crawled out from and notices something high in the branches. It was large, but small enough to make quite a decent meal. He looked around for a place to climb up and not startle the creature away. It seemed that luck was on his side for the moment as one of the drooping branches of the tree was large enough for him to climb on without having to jump. He carefully made his way up the tree and towards the creature. The closer he got the more apparent it became that it was a bird but as it was still dark and the feathers seemed to blend together with the shadows he still was having a hard time making out what it was exactly. Suddenly his balance faltered and the tree shook violently stirring the creature awake. It blinked its eyes a few times, gripped the branch tightly with its small talons, and looked around. Being a bird of the raptor kind her vision was quite good and she spotted the large canine without any trouble. She scowled at the stranger and moved towards the flimsier part of the limb to give him trouble trying to reach her. “I’m not going back…you can’t make me go back there…” She looked at him with defiance and strength in her voice. Sebak just stayed where he was gaping at the sorgairian. Her colors her eyes…just like Nathifa’s...he thought to himself. He didn’t know what to do he was paralyzed with emotions of angry and love all at the same time. Was some one out there trying to play some kind of sick game with him? He sneered and turned away from the child. “I don’t know what you are talking about…” He just mumbles under his breath disappointed by not having a meal and being reminded once again of things that he had left behind, of things he didn’t want to remember. The fledgling just sat in the tree and watched him leave. He intrigued her, his grumbling manner and sour disposition she found it funny in a way. She had to admit that her curiosity was getting the best of her, she wanted to know more about this stranger, and as such, she glided down from the tree and landed right next to him. She looked him up and down and to her he didn’t seem as scary as he first had. In his eyes, she saw sorrow and loneliness, heartache and determination. He was more interesting then the man with the fiery hair, so many things about him. She liked him and was going to stick around weather he liked it or not. “I’m Majida!” She said with a huge grin in her voice and hopped over towards him. “What is your name?” She cocked her head and watched him closely to see what he would do now. Sebak eyed the little bird. She had guts he had to admit that, but he didn’t need another mouth to feed when he couldn’t even feed himself in this place, besides she reminded him of things he didn’t care to remember, what would be the point of keeping her around any way? Yet despite all of the shortcomings he couldn’t help but see some potential in her, she was spunky and could possibly have more potential in the future as far as his plans were concerned. “Sebak, what does it matter? You’re not coming with me…” He turned to leave seeing what she was going to do now. She sat there stunned…so many wanted to take her with them that day at the palace and here she wanted to go with him and he didn’t want her around? He is defiantly different from all of the others I like him she thought to herself as she hopped after him as fast as she could go. She noticed his wings on his back. She flexed her own in an unconscious fashion. “Flying is fun isn’t it? I love to fly, to see all of the things you can’t see from the ground its great don’t you agree?” She hopped next to him and tried to start up a conversation. Sebak stopped and quickly stared her in the face his brows furrowed in what looked like to be frustration. He threw out his wings so that she could see them for herself. “I can’t fly…it would be best for children to be seen and not heard and to learn their place in this world…don’t ever assume anything child…” he folded them back against his body as he walked away from the stunned child. She just sat there and then smiled to herself and hopped after him as quickly as she could…yes with him was where she was going to stay.
Something More
It was dark damp and chilly in the cave that he called home along with the small sorgainian child that he unwillingly took in. he looked at her sleeping in the corner and wondered where she had been all day. She looked horrible when she had returned to the cave. Her feathers were a mess and the small places that were not covered in feathers and comprised of only flesh that blended in, were covered in tiny scratches, her claws and legs were also covered in them. She refused to talk about it and even denied her dinner saying she wasn’t hungry and then went to her little corner of the small cave and laid down without another word.
He sighed to himself as he watched the small fire near the entrance of the cave. The more he was around the small child the less she reminded him of Nathifa which in its own way was good, but he still couldn’t get her out of his mind and nothing was working. He had tried to find the underground court with out any luck and even hunting, which he was normally good at, failed him too. Everything combined just made him grouchier and more frustrated. Maybe it was time to venture to the town nearby. Maybe something there would help even out his mood and let him forget about her.
He sighed once more as he stood up in his bipedal form, which he had acquired not long ago and banked the fire before he settled off in his place in the cave to await his dreams which were borderline nightmares and wouldn’t be so if only she wasn’t in them night after restless night.
He padded through the capital city as a slight jingling sound came from under the cloak that he held close to his form. Sneering to himself, he though of the poor guy he had ran into this morning after waking up and coming to a resolve that now was the right time to be seen by the general public. He thought back to the events that had taken place not long before. He had realized on his way here that unfortunately one needed money and he wasn’t ready to be noticed by all quite yet and with the off and on rain of the approaching autumn made walking around a slight discomfort when it suddenly down poured. As he had come across the road that lead into the city, he also stumbled across a man making his way from the city. He must have stayed in a nearby inn to be this far out so early. The stranger nodded at Sebak as he made his way past him. Sebak let him pass, in a quick action struck the man on the back of the head, and dragged him into the nearby bushes where he proceeded to rob him of all of his valuables and his cloak. The small sack he was carrying he proceeded to hide far enough away from the man that when he made his way back to the cave he would be able to retrieve it without any issues. The money pouch and belt that was attached to it he fastened to himself, dawned the hooded cloak and was on his way once more.
He wandered through the city and ended up in a more haggard looking area then the rest of the city. There was a few women who motioned for him to come closer as he just ignored them and kept walking. Whores he decided but he had no use for that…how would sleeping with some one for money help with his current problem. No if he really wanted that, he would find a way that was less costly. Suddenly he found himself in front of a bar. He stood there for a while and decided to go inside, it would not be the first time liquor had touched his lips and the thought of it doing so again was not a bad idea either. Little did he know that placing his foot over the thresh hold would be the beginning of a drunken stupor that only would plunge his mind and shattered heart into an unseen bigger problem.

Worst Nightmare
He was drunk again she noticed as he stumbled into the cave they called home. Miyako sneezed at the bipedal canine. She did not like him much and Maji was at a loss of what to do about it. She decided to not think about it, besides as long as she was tethered near her own bed she usually did not bother Sebak too much. He looked up at her with dazed eyes and almost fell as his feet got tangled up in themselves. Maji jumped up when she saw this and rushed to his side.
“Sebak…” was all she could manage to say. She hated how he had been doing this to himself for quite some time now. Yes, he always managed to still care for both of them and she could not complain about that aspect of his bad habit, but it seemed that this night was one of the worst yet. He had forgotten the goods he had stolen earlier that morning where he had hid them and only just barely remembered the way home. He looked at Maji again and blinked. She was only a blue blur with a familiar voice…but he was too far-gone to remember whose voice it was. The only name that managed to make its way to the surface was Nathifa. Was this her? He could not think as all of his pent up emotions surfaced and he grabbed Maji and held her close.
Maji just stood there stunned. Never in all of the time that she had known Sebak had he ever embraced her like this. It was caring and wanting all at the same time. It made her wrap her feathery arms around his body and just stand there as she helped support his weight.
“Don’t leave me…” he whispered unknowingly into her tiny ear. Maji held him closer and whispered back without thinking. ”I’m always here; I’m not going any where…” She nuzzled her head into his chest as he ran his hands over her head. He pushed her away from him and pulled her over to his sleeping area and as he sat, he yanked her down with him. Nathifa…he thought to himself as he gave into his longing desires and needs to the women he thought was right beside him. Maji on the other hand was still stunned as he pulled her over to his sleeping area and down to the bed of dried grass. She knew full well what was happening at this point. Her experiences with Ashwin had taught her that much and as his roaming hand made its way down the side of her body. She could not find the words to say no as she as well gave into her physically wants desires and needs.
He sat up and clasped his head in his hands. What had he done last night? He thought to himself as he slowly opened his eyes and wished that he had not drunk so much. He started to look around and he winced as the light from the rising sun shined into the cave. Strange…it was warmer in here than normal. He noticed through squinted eyes that he did not have his cloak on him and again he thought that the warmth was odd. It was not until he placed his hand down on a blue sleeping form of feathers that was Maji did he realize where the warmth was coming from. Slowly he turned his head and stared wide eyed at the blue and silver bird that was sleeping next to him. What did he do? Why was she there? Slowly thoughts of last night came to him. Nathifa, it was Nathifa that he was with last night was it not? No, it could not have been here…and if it was not Nathifa that was the blue blur that had come towards him then it must have been….Oh no….he thought to himself. He jumped up his head still throbbing and he clenched it again in his hands.
Maji rustled in the make shift bed when she felt Sebak move. She was use to sleeping next to some one, but when they got up out of bed, it always seemed to wake her up. She blinked her blue eyes and turned in the direction that the warmth of Sebak had been. She almost jumped when he was suddenly not there but caught herself as she noticed his feet. Her gaze followed his legs up his body and to his face. The expression he had plastered on it was one that she was not expecting. Horror and disgust and shock was plastered all over the familiar canine’s form. She was confused. Ashwin never looked at her like that in the morning, so why was Sebak. She sat up and reached out to him and he took a step back
“Just…don’t…don’t touch me…” he instructed forcefully at the bird as he continued to move away and sat on a near by bolder that they used as a make shift chair at times. She was confused even more so now. Had he not told her that he did not want her to leave him last night? Had he also taken her by the hand and laid down in his bed together with her? She wanted to go closer to him to comfort him as she had last night, but she stayed where she was. “What…what happened last night?” he finally asked her as he interrupted the chilling silence that had formed within the cave and between them. Maji just stared at him. What did he mean by what happened? How could he have not realized what happened he was right there when it had happened. “We…that is…you and I…” she stuttered not quite sure how to say what had happened. Maji’s stuttering response only confirmed what he already knew had happened and it was some thing he wished was just a ruse even though he knew better. Sebak stood up and walked out of the cave his head filled with the confirmation of his worst thoughts.
She watched him go and as she started to stand to follow him, she heard him cursing and some thing that sounded like a thump. She hurried to the entrance of the cave where she saw him a few feet away slamming his fists against the ground and his body convulsing due to what seemed to be crying. She tried to approach him to ask why he was so upset; she just did not understand how he was acting at all. He noticed a form of blue, which he knew, was Majida and lifted his head to watch her. “Don’t come near me…,” he whispered hoarsely in an angry frustrated voice as he looked away from her. She stopped and looked hurt. She just wanted to set things right, to know what was wrong. “Sebak, what’s wrong?” she asked as she stood where she was when he told her to not come any closer. “I just don’t understand….” She whispered more to herself than any one else. He looked up at the young female and sighed. Of course she would not understand what he was currently going through, she had been sheltered and he had never told her any thing about Nathifa…how much he cared about her, and how much he regretted leaving her. He did not respond to Maji’s comment as he swiftly went into the cave and fetched his cloak and a belt with a money pouch attached to it. He could not stay here…not now that things had changed. He left quickly without a word and just left Maji standing in the entranceway as she slowly dropped to her knees and wondered why.

"It Ends Tonight" - All American Rejects
Your subtleties They strangle me I can't explain myself at all. And all the wants And all the needs All I don't want to need at all.
The walls start breathing My mind's unweaving Maybe it's best you leave me alone. A weight is lifted On this evening I give the final blow.
When darkness turns to light, It ends tonight It ends tonight.
A falling star Least I fall alone. I can't explain what you can't explain. You're finding things that you didn't know I look at you with such disdain
The walls start breathing My mind's unweaving Maybe it's best you leave me alone. A weight is lifted On this evening I give the final blow.
When darkness turns to light It ends tonight, It ends tonight. Just a little insight won't make this right It's too late to fight It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Now I'm on my own side It's better than being on your side It's my fault when you're blind It's better that I see it through your eyes
All these thoughts locked inside Now you're the first to know
When darkness turns to light It ends tonight, It ends tonight. Just a little insight won't make this right It's too late to fight It ends tonight, It ends
When darkness turns to light It ends tonight, It ends tonight. Just a little insight won't make this right It's too late to fight It ends tonight, It ends tonight.
Tonight Insight When darkness turns to light, It ends tonight.
