Arkady nodded, feeling relieved that that conversation was over. It had been probably the most awkward social experience of his life, and he really didn't care to repeat it anytime soon. Right, that meant he definitely wasn't going to be telling Cas his feelings yet. He'd wait for the right moment. That made perfect sense. Tail wagging slowly at the thought of seeing her again, though it nearly stopped when he remembered how upset she had been, Ark started padding up the stairs.
He pushed his way gently into the room. "Castiel? It's Arkady. And Conall. We're sorry," he said quietly, and saw her on the bed. He gave her what he hoped was a cute, apologetic smile. Maybe he could leave it at that? Or maybe Conall would say something to cover their tails? Really, Arkady's mind had gone rather blank as soon as he caught sight of her. It had a habit of doing that, sometimes, stupid brain.

Conall peeked through the door as well, trying his best to look apologetic without looking pathetic. He couldn't quite manage it in the state of disarray that he was in. "I'm sorry. The bad day just.... I'm sorry."
Castiel perked when the two boys had came through the door. Her bander was giving her a relatively dirty look as the girl had gone back to playing with the creature's ears. She was currently holding them by the tips as she was looking at the boys.
The yarrow had half a mind to scold the two boys. However, they had come with an honest apology so there was no need for any nonsense like that. "All's forgiven," she said brightly. "Are you two going to be okay though?"
Conall gave an empathic nod since he couldn't seem to come up with any proper words today. Hopefully that would be enough.

Arkady was practically holding his breath as he waited for Castiel to say something in response to their apology. He bravely met her eyes, though he felt another blush coming on as he saw those sharp pink eyes. Somehow, even though it was impossible, Arkady almost felt like the girl just -knew-. Like she had to know. He felt very exposed and obvious and shamed. Then...then she forgave them and he let his breath out in a relieved rush. He had no idea what he would have done if she hadn't said that.
His tail beat a small, hopeful wag again, and he nodded. The fact that Conall nodded to, and he saw the motion out of the corner of his eye, made him feel further relieved. Part of him wanted nothing more than to run and jump onto the bed to be with Cas, and perhaps give her a lick. But no...that would be inappropriate, especially considering that Conall was right there and...and Ark really didn't want to flaunt anything. Even though he did. Wait, what? Conflicted, Ark instead made his way to sit on the floor nearer the bed.

Castiel's smile grew a bit wider as she looked at the pair. Good. They had made up and they both seemed to be a bit happy. She watched as Arkady's tail began to wag. "Good!" she said as she flopped on her bed, her bander sneezing in protest of suddenly being bounced and ignored.
Conall wandered over to his own bed, making sure to keep his distance, per usual. He wanted the impossible, but he should have been happy with what he had. Maybe it was the stupid realm bringing him down? It was so depressing no matter where they went. "So... are we still going to stick around tomorrow?' He wanted to go. Seeing a doctor and getting back home. What if Castiel got an infection? What if his nose got worse? And what if Arkady managed to get hurt too at this rate?
Castiel hesitated for a moment. She wanted to have a little more fun but with they way things were going... "I guess we could go home tomorrow."

Arkady's tail wagged more as Castiel's smile just seemed to light up the whole room. She was just such a wonderful Card to be around, and it made him feel lighter. He hadn't quite realized, but being away from her had made the oppressive atmosphere of the Realm push in a little more. Of cours, his tail faltered a bit at Conall's question. The very last thing he wanted was another argument, but at the same time, he didn't want to take away from Cas's fun on this vacation.
He listened as the girl seemed to shrug it off. She still sounded a bit sad, or maybe that was just his own perception of the situation. His tail wagged and he looked up at her. "Uh, but maybe we could still go exploring tonight if you wanted?" he suggested, sounding very unsure of himself. He didn't risk a glance at Conall, as he knew the boy had probably had more than enough adventures for today. But Ark didn't really want to spend the whole rest of the time here cooped up in this room, and he was reasonably sure Cas didn't want that either.

Castiel perked at the suggestion. Well, she would have perked if she was capable of being more cheery than she already was. It was just about impossible to rain on her parade at the moment. "We could! How late do you think the shops stay open? I can't really tell... how late it actually is since it's always so gloomy."
She turned to look at Conall.
The boy had closed his eyes, doing his best not to sigh. Really he wasn't going to get proper sleep anyway so why bother spending the night in the inn? He did his best to refrain from sighing. He was going to tag along regardless of how he felt about the entire matter, so there was no use in complaining. At least they could go home tomorrow.
"And did you two see any good places to investigate while you were out?" She asked as she pulled herself to the edge of the bed to look at Arkady properly.

Arkady's tail started wagging as Castiel loved his suggestion. Really, all he wanted was to make her happy. That was the only way this trip could be salvaged. And Conall should want that too, if he really cared about her, shouldn't he? If Conall cared more about his personal happiness than Cas's, he didn't deserve her. For once, Ark was surprised to find, he didn't feel bad for that thought.
He tolted his head at the question...no, he had no idea how late the shops were open, or what time it was. The nap he'd taken earlier had messed with his sense of time, as well as the fact the sky was always grey here no matter what time of day it was. He shrugged, and looked a little bashful. "Um, well, I didn't see a whole lot...I'm afraid I was distracted..." By the food, by the fight, by Conall getting hurt...he couldn't even remember the way back to the curry shop again, he didn't think. Ugh...how useless that made him feel.
"B-but I'm sure we could...find something cool if we look," he said, hoping that didn't sound as dumb to her as it did to him.

The girl paused for a moment in thought. Well, Torquehelm seemed safer than Tulgey by far, so they probably wouldn't run into anything dangerous in the sleepy little town. "Let's explored then, I'm sure we can find something interesting to do." She gave her bander a pat on the head as he sneezed and decided to curl in a ball in an attempt to sleep. Obviously it didn't want to go on another walk.
She hopped off the bed and looked to Conall.
The boy had opened his eyes, a small forced smile on his face. Well, if it made Castiel happy he might as well. "We could try to go back to the china shop that Horatio was at. It looked like it had a few interesting things to look at. Or we could probably find a cafe or club." It would be something to do.
Castiel fixed her outfit, putting her sword on her belt. "A club might be interesting."

Arkady nodded eagerly. Exploring was fine. He didn't think there could be too much trouble in this town, after all. As long as Conall looked out where he was going this time, that is. Besides, here, even if someone did try to get the drop on them, there weren't nearly as many trees to block them from sight, either normal or magical. This plan was absolutely fine with him, and the thought of actually doing something made him somewhat excited for once.
When Conall agreed to come, though, Ark felt a little disappointed...and that was when he realized he'd been hoping to spend more time alone with Castiel. Well, it had been a selfish, fleeting desire he wasn't aware of himself, so he stuffed it down. He was curious that Conall suggested the china shop. Surely if they went there they'd run into Horatio again, and the other boy had seemed very reticent with information towards the Penguin.
But Cas seemed to have other ideas anyway. "As long as we can get into it," he reminded her. After all, they were young. But maybe that wouldn't matter so much here? Arkady had never actually been in or even near a club before. He just knew a lot of them frowned on children hanging around. But maybe Castiel knew differently? "Have you been to a club before?" he asked, as he turned towards the door. She was bringing her sword, too, he noticed with some excitement. He still wanted to see the thing properly.

Castiel had never been to a club. She had only heard about them. Age limits weren't really something she had thought about either. Shifting on her feet for a moment she shrugged. "Nope, never, but it's worth a shot. We've got nothing to lose!"
She lead the way down the stairs, Conall, per usual, trailed in the back. He wasn't particularly thrilled about another outing, but he remembered to bring the money and all of the other paraphernalia they would potentially need.
They were greeted by the cool air of the gloomy region. Castiel took a deep breath of the fresh air. It was nice to be outside. She looked down the street. "Which direction should we go? Was there more in the direction you went to get the curry?"
Conall stood to the side of the door. He a bit of hair out of his face as he listened to Castiel's questions. "There were a few stores, but I didn't see anything that could be a club." He shrugged. If Arkady wanted to add anything to that he could.
