It wasn't often that Aleah found the time to make his way to Torquehelm during his errands, but when the opportunity arose, he always made a point to try and visit the warren of Anubus, secretly wooing the Doe daughter, Dafina. It had been so many months, no doubt the girl had forgotten about the tired, scraggly leveret male who'd spoke with her of such intimate things. Surely he'd thought she liked him... but often women were fickle; perhaps some other Jack had already come to claim her. He really didn't know what he'd do with himself if that had truly been what happened. He just -had- to find out.
It was this desperation in his heart that caused him to move a little too rashly when he saw movement in the garden. There was a flash of purple. It wasn't the right -shade- of purple and too much of it, but that hadn't registered until he'd moved completely out of his cover. Now, face to face with a strange Doe, he faltered.
"Ah.... I'm.. sorry. I must have gotten turned around." He said somewhat lamely, ears folding back. What if she cried out? What if -Anubis- found him here? Oh by the white rabbit, this was going to go badly!
((This is made mostly for Nafamere, but if you want to jump in Spidey you're more than welcome. Though if you intend to throw Anubis at him.. could we talk about it first? XD I don't want my leveret to die.))

 Nakita had been busy this morning, finding herself fussing over the plants that she had planted here. Nothing really grew in Torquehelm save mushrooms and moss. She tried her best to liven up the mood with music and bright flowers that she tended almost daily, even the ones outside seemed to be worse off then the ones inside that got artificial light. Oh... how she wished that the skies would clear up and let the sun shine for a bit. Though secretly she mused to herself, if that happened, then all of Torquehelm would be in crises... probably turn to suicide... with that she would chuckle to herself and turn back to the bamboo that was starting to attempt to take over the whole garden. Oh how she wished she hadn't asked her jack about such the dreadful thing... she knew too that he knew that it would attempt to take over the garden, and was probably laughing about it right now. Right before she was going to attempt to dig the next one out did she see a flash of white and then the whole thing! It was a Rouge Leveret!!! She didn't want to see her Jack upset right now, so she would have ot handle this situation quickly so that he never knew about this. If he found out that she was talking to some Rouge Leveret then she might get into trouble. . . but if it was found here.... then the poor thing might end up fertilizer for her garden... maybe it will grow better then?... she mused... but instead decided to confront the Lev before her. "What are you doing here?" she would confront with the small hand shovel in her hand. She didn't really know how to use it... hell she barely knew how to dig with it. But the one thing that she did know was that she knew how to get her voice really high for a decent scream that would alert anyone near. One great thing about Villa's... they sure did love soprano singers. |

Aleah paused for a long moment, unsure of how to respond. Something deep within him was positively irked at having a Doe speak to him this way… but no. He was still a leveret, not a Jack.. no matter how much he wanted to be one. Still, sometimes even Does would respond to an authoritative voice. Calming his nerves, he gave her a calm look as his gaze drifted to the trowel in her hand.
"Lost… like I said. Now now… no Doe should ever have to pick up such an instrument, be it in work or self defense. I assure you that I mean no harm." He made sure not to cower, but instead kept a tone of gentle apology, followed up by a soft smile.
He had to think fast, get her on his good side before she decided to sell him out. He took a single step out of the bushes, inclining his head in a courteous, genteel bow. "I apologize if I disturbed you, dear lady, during your stroll around the garden."

She looked at him for a long moment before sighing... he wasn't a threat, else there would be more leverets and maybe a rouge jack that would attempt to take her away. Even if they would it would be quite the brash movement by anyone who dared. After all, this was Anubis's Werren.
She set down the towel and looked the lev over before thinking on what she should do about this one. He couldn't be here to deliver a message, else he wouldn't have gotten turned around or lost. So he must be a rouge Lev. Oh how interesting! She wondered what she should do at this moment, should she call her jack or just turn the lev away... ... ... She would just have to do the next best thing.
Tea!
Yes... tea sounded lovely right? Wouldn't that be the best thing to do for a stranger? Offer them something to clear that parched throat of theirs and turn them away with some idle banter? Well it sounded good.
"Well... Your quite right, I shouldn't be working this hard, so why don't you come and join me for some tea in the sha... well it is overcasted again..." she said looking up at the dark clouds that hovered above them. Never will she see the sun so bright no more. Maybe if she did everything that her jack said then he would chose her to go to the next meet or whenever he decided to leave the werren again.
She hopped back to the small table that had some tea cups and the pot of tea waiting polightly for him to come.
