[[.. I'm addicted to Ludo.]] Dysthymia was in one of the places he rarely got to go to alone: The gardens. Usually he was dragged here by Rosemary, or Zether had pestered him until he gave up and took the boy to do something "fun and not involving books". Given that the latter was a rare statement, the ferret rarely made it out into the greenery. Today he'd decided that if he was going to go clinically insane, he might as well do it and be unproductive at the same time. Christopher was driving him nuts, as usual - he'd left for the day after his usual scathing remark. Zether was off in the library with his tutor, which left Mia to work, but his door had been opened no less than three times without anyone ever knocking. The last one provoked a paper-tossing bitch-fit, so he came to the conclusion that he needed to go relax somewhere moderately silent. So he trekked down to the gardens and literally flopped onto an empty bench, completely heedless of the somewhat awkward position his bindings caused. He just let his muscles relax and did his best to pretend he was physically dead, though he really couldn't stop the whole breathing thing.

The ferret wasn't the only person in the garden on that fine evening, though he might not realize it at first.
In one of the lovely trees, hanging from his feet in his animal form, was a rather familiar-looking figure, eyes partially hooded from a combination of exhaustion from his long journey and the joint he'd smoked in an effort to relax.
As per Heilyn's wishes, Seth had decided it would be a good idea to at least visit the court of his own Suit now that he was a Queen, and perhaps pay his respects to the current Queen. As it turned out, she was an extremely busy woman, and it took about 15 seconds of watching the current members of the court bustle about for the man to realize that really, this was not the life he wanted. Not in the slightest. But he was here, so he intended to make the most of it, and the garden was a lovely place to do just that.
When the man heard a noise he opened a red eye slightly, glancing around, his fur ruffling slightly. Who was there? He swung up slightly and shifted into his biped form all in one movement, catching the branch and lowering himself onto his feet, creeping through the greenery to see who had stumbled upon him.
He almost lost it completely when his eyes finally came to rest on a familiar bright pink form. Oh, this was too good. Too fucking good. "Long time no see, Mia.[/b]" the man said with a wide grin.

To sleep or not to sleep? That was the question. He wanted to sleep, certainly - teething toddlers made for horrible suitemates - but he had a meeting in two hours and he'd most certainly sleep through it..
.. what was that noise?
It sounded like rustling, as if someone was up in a tree. The ferret was getting the feeling of being watched, which made him want to bang his head on the bench until his forehead started bleeding. Was it really too much to ask that he be alone for ten minutes? Obviously someone up there thought it was highly entertaining to throw people at him constantly!
He sighed and waited for them to come to him, since the noise had stopped but the feeling hadn't. His name, however, combined with the unfamiliar voice made him turn to look. Big bat-man, fur everywhere.. and a bloody blue mohawk.
"Who the hell--" He started, his brow scrunching, then he stared. "Seth? For the love of fat men on pogo sticks someone really hates me today.." Mia cursed, then reluctantly moved into a sitting position. "Shouldn't you be off smoking something somewhere, teaching my sister obscene things, or both?"
