While we didn't have exactly what you were looking for, a pretty, feminine Bird was readily available to leap to your aid! She was owned before, but abandoned. A small extra power is included in her abilities.

Small Ability: She is able to cause a Card ranked 8 or lower to obey a simple, basic rule once a week. (Examples are very limited: wash your hands, blow your nose in private, don't ask impertinent questions...etc.)
