Why the HELL is she staying on your couch at the end of the month? Just because she's your niece doesn't mean you have to put up with her shit.
Give her rules she HAS to abide by or her ass is OUT! *smacks a bat into my other hand* I wish I could teach her manners for you. Oh. So. Bad!!

Hello. This is an update.
Well my niece showed up unannounced. -_- She pretty much just dropped her stuff off and I am now dealing with her dumb yet sweet cat, who my cat is none too fond of. Every 15 minutes my cat goes off because her cat is doing something stupid.
And then she used something that gave me hives (again, and I haven't fully recovered from the first bout of fail), even though the total amount of time she's spent in the house is probably equated to five hours tops. Hopefully she will be out soon, as she's in a profession that is in demand. And she found someone that she can move in with. Considering we told her if she intends to stay here longer than a month she has to quit smoking and a slew of other things. This is a pretty powerful incentive.
Hopefully the cats start cooling down soon so I can concentrate on something other than getting tackled by a gray tabby that must have been a meth addict in another life.

Though, I'm SO GLAD you set down the rules that made her realize she doesn't want to be there for long. Just make sure she doesn't try and string it out for longer than you gave her.
