So you know how I got into a car accident Saturday? dude is trying ot sue me for supposed neck and back pains. The accident wasn't even at a high enough speed, or impact to set my air bags off.... and he got out of his car and pretty well put his head between his knees to calm his nerves after it happened and told both the officers present he was perfectly fine.
F that, F it hard. Very much hoping that when they inspect my car they'll quite clearly see that this douchebag is simply trying to get money.... from someone who very definitely doesn't have any =P

Did you get the names of those officers? Or ask them to take pictures at the scene?
They should back you up at any court proceeding and get this ass throw out of court.
This is WRONG. Seriously, if the airbags didn't even deploy, then this ought to be "lol'd" out of court.

My insurance people pretty much lol'ed already when they talked to my grandfather. I remember the name of the officer that was present -when- it happened .... so I'll definitely have them look him up.
I'm just bitter, and sick, and full of snot and want to kick him in the face >.>

Yeah, that is totally messed up. Definitely follow-up with that officer. If he was at the scene of the accident he should have filed a police report of some kind, and it should be on file that both parties were reported as uninjured.
The filed insurance claim should have enough information as is to get his case dismissed.
I can't stand it when people go out of their way to screw someone else over. Cheezus.

To be honest, It's looking like that if my air bags don't come back as faulty, everything will just be dismissed. The cop is definitely going to be called, he even talked to my insurance company on the phone when it happened, and the dude was joking and laughing with me and the cops.
My car is going in to be inspected not only ot get an estimate, but to see, in their words, how hurt this guy really is. So, despite the fact that he has a lawyer, no one is really buying it.
Not for a -parking lot- accident.
