Dafina could hardly keep up as her sibling went sprinting, hippity-hop, down the hallways. Her back legs pushed off the floor furiously as she raced along behind her. Adventure time! She almost tripped a few times over her bound ears before she finally grabbed the wire in her mouth, keeping the offending lop-ears out of her way. By the time they reached the doorway her mane was mussed up around her head, making her look rather disheveled.
"Ayaaa." She whined through the cord in her mouth. Fina knew she couldn't possibly reach the doorknob, but her sister hopefully could!
When the door finally swung open Dafina hopped forwards to nudge her sister with appreciate, waiting for the doe to go through the doorway first. Finally stumbling through the doorway the leveret took a big deep breath. She did like the fresh air, even though the earthy air of the Warren held it's own comfort. The twilight dim of Torquehelm sparkled around her and she smiled and looked around.

Once outside she stood still with her head, ears and tail erect, just peering out over the mildly dismal surroundings for a moment. Torquehelm wasn't exactly the brightest, most cheerful region on the planet .... but it was all the little doe knew and she couldn't see a thing wrong with it really. Although she had heard a few stories about the Yarrow and the Highlands from her mother .... they seemed like fairy tale places to her though. Really now .... there were places that were bright with sun and filled with colorful flowers or lush greenery? Pfft, fairy tale if she ever heard one!
Her little nose started to twitch in thought as she turned her gaze in the direction of the garden, the gears in her mind turning.
Ok ... so ... I saw the leverets picking over there a couple days ago .... let's head to the other side!
And, without even waiting for a response from her sister, the mixed realm dashed off again.

She never really thought about it too much she supposed. Torquehelm was home, she was a Torque after all. From a proud free Father. Interesting how she never once, not once, considered taking her own bindings. To her they were a symbol of pride for her homeland. Her eyes roved to her sister, with her bright golden markings. Her smile fell a little bit. The . . 'leverets'. Wasn't she a leveret too?
The young girl mulled this over with a bitter taste in her mouth for a brief second before springing forwards after Aya. She pursed her lips and set to work, trying to find the best clovers and greens mixed in among the grass. Such wonderful things grew in the garden, and yet, delicious things also seemed to sprout up amongst the dull looking grass.
"... Found anything yet Aya?" She huffed, only having found a few, not nearly enough for a snack.

At this point in time it never dawned on her that her sister was a leveret, her sister was, well, her sister. And, really, Dafina was the only one in the whole Warren that seemed to have as much energy as she did, all the rest were boring old adults. So in her mind the leverets were an entirely separate entity, this would probably change when they got older... but for now the two were definitely not one in the same.
In her dash she wasn't paying attention, at all, and her little paw got caught in a vine and she went face first into the dirt with a shriek that was mostly surprise, and a thud. However, there wasn't any time to complain because, low and behold, she nearly landed on the exact thing they were looking for! Her face brightened again and her tail stood up triumphantly.
She got up onto her paws again and peered back in her sister's general direction, she was dirty.... but grinning.
Yeah! Wanna share? They look so tasty!

Fina jumped up with excitement and nearly tripped over her own ears on her race towards her sister.
"Clovers!?" She sat down next to her sister, staring at the ground and waiting to see just how much the other young girl was willing to share with her. After all, it was her sister's find not hers.
Dafina finally looked up at her sister and burst out laughing, a happy light sound.
"You're all dirty Aya!"
She wiped at her sister's face with a paw, trying to brush some of the drier earth off. Instead, she merely seemed to spread it a bit further. Her eyes widened with mirth but she managed to stop from laughing and just grinned at the other rabbit.
"Father's going to be soooo angry." She giggled a little. "Let's eat and get to the baths before he finds out."

She'd found three, kept the slightly bigger one for herself, of course, and pulled the third apart as evenly as she could... .definitely didn't want a stomach ache .... she'd gotten one of those before, not fun at all!
And then, when she looked up again.... she had a dirty paw smear more, well... dirt on her! Oh my... now that required retaliation, didn't it? She dug one of her paws into the soft soil of the garden and picked it up, pawing at her sisters pace to. Two could play at that game!
Her voice was very sing-song and... .teasing ... .but one could definitely tell she was trying hard not to collapse in a giggle fit.
You're not much better!
And then she lost her battle to keep a straight face and started to giggle before shaking her head.
You know what would be even -more- fun? Finding some mud .... and running around the halls!
A devious little grin crossed her features... oh yes ... .she was indeed a little troublemaker.
