She can most certainly be cleared. No issue, even publicly, and it would make Capital living easier...but most other places?

A good many of the middle class and poor think Court heads are "greedy nobles" take it from Don, there's bias out there. Don wouldn't question it if you told him a filthy rich noble ad taken a bribe. Of course he thinks they want more money! He thinks they're all like McDuck!
