One of the parental units decided on a surprise visit, hence I will be packing the sibs into my car and driving several hundred miles to the G-Rents' house to have a short visit, and then driving back. It's going to be an interesting weekend.
I may be on for a bit this afternoon/evening (PAC time), and I may be lurking via the awesome that is my smartphone, but otherwise I probably won't be able to post. I will be busy either driving or cramming in years' worth of quality time into a day. Huzzah.
On a positive note: There are pit-stop plans at a most DELICIOUS bakery and drool-worthy Mexican food. Om nom nom nom.
The iPod is ready and rearin' to go. See ya'll next week!

Oh hai.
I'm back, though it might take me a couple days to get back into the SoD of things, considering I have a crap-ton to catch up on.
It was an... interesting weekend to say the least. To answer Lauryn's question, my mom was visiting from the East Coast. My pops lives much closer to me and I see him on a fairly regular basis. I hadn't seen my mom in a couple of years. Long story short, the sibs and I wanted to avoid a big drama scene with the madre, which we managed to do for the most part. It was a lot of awkward but we made it through. At least my sibs and I enjoyed our road trippin'.
So. Tired. I drove for... 9 or 10 hours today? Weeee. Glad to be back home to my own bed. <3 <3
