Hope you guys had the absolute happiest of Birthdays and that presents did rain mightily down form...the river for both of you!
Typhoon gifts!
Dark:
Artfully Torn Outfit: Wow...what a wreck of an outfit. Torn and falling apart, it looks like some kind of underground Corvie, hodge-pogde wear. Broken shoulder-plates look...oddly rakish over torn chain-mail and ripped, white leather hide. There are odd patterns and slashes of color on it too, almost as though a maddened Villa was allowed to have their way with this insane outfit before it was tossed in the bin. Still...it does tingle a bit when touched...shame to throw out something so highly magical, right?
When placed on, the armor will be able to protect the wearer to a degree that is quite amazing.
Granted, it doesn't look like it can deflect much...and it can't. However, other people's armor suddenly seems to become...a bit like wet paper in the wake of this lovely ability. Regular and magical armor that accounts for 100p or less will do nothing to stop attacks from the wearer while in this strange, combative outfit.
This includes spells designed to be armor! Such as shield or surrounding spells that keep attacks otherwise off the opponent. 100p or less? And this armor cancels its abilities. For example: say the opponent in this case has a 100p spell that causes a wall of water to surround them and deflect spells. The wall of water will appear, and it will deflect other players spells...but not the wearer of this armor, whose spells and punches will slide through the magical shield as though it were...well...water.
This also includes natural armor, such as spikes or Insect chitin...
Blue:
Bottle of Souls: Oh... That...that's a joke on the bottle, right? Someone wrote that for laughs? The bottle looks like an old wine bottle, though it is a bit fancied up, the green glass is crystallized and it shines dully in the light. It does tingle an awful lot when touched though.
Once touched, the owner of the bottle will feel an awful wave of nausea wash over them...right before they faint dead away on the floor, the bottle clutched to their chests. Upon waking, they will become aware at once that the deadened, empty feeling inside alludes to the fact that their soul was just sucked out of them and into that bottle!
How...unnerving.
It does seem to have had a nice little side-effect, for all its implied weirdness.
The owner of the bottle is now completely impervious to pain.
Any pain.
This can make the victim one Hell of a fighter, but supplies...unfortunate implications. The soulless Card or Rabbit is now incapable of true affections, always feeling distant and somehow disconnected from the real world, they are unable to tell just how injured they might be and it also stops them from feeling anything especially...well through their nerve endings. Which means that good feelings are hard to come by and quite watered-down as well. The bottle cannot be uncorked, but it can be broken by a summoned weapon, or an extremely well-powered Tove or Mome.
Should this happen, PM the Admin as they may or may not get their soul back.
If they do, they will lose their ability and become as they were before the spell hit them.
If they do not... Let's just say that they'll be...a bit different from then on out.
Also, be careful breeding this person while their soul is in the jar. It could have a 25% chance of doing odd things to any potential children.
