Small Vending Machine: What an odd, little, black box. It stands about two feet in height, weights about 4 pounds, and seems to have small coils inside containing tiny, brightly-colored packages, each written on in a foreign language.
Coins can be placed into the small slot on the side and, sometimes, the machine will whir and clunk for a few minutes before depositing one of the tiny packages down in the bottom for someone to take and do with as they will.
The packages can contain anything from a very basic, simple spell, to a very expensive and incredible ability or item.
You do not get to choose what you receive, and what you get (as it is entirely random), may not be in proportion to what you put into the machine.
Any Dealer who wishes to use the machine must pay (at the very least) 50p to the admin (PMing her) and 2p to the owner of the machine, resulting in unassigned points. Anyone may use this machine as often as they like, though it will only take points, nothing else, and they must have the current owner of the machine's permission to do so. Point deductions will be checked, and the machine's owner should catalog who gives them points, how many, and how often.
There may be more than one of this magnificent little machine...and each one might have a different "theme" to it...
I wonder what would happen if they were united?
