Silky Ribbon: This strange, yard long, white silk ribbon would look gorgeous on most SD...it feels oddly tingly though. Once an SD is wearing it, it is very hard for them to stop touching it, often the SD are seen rubbing their fingers on it nervously at least once a day. This item will grant one SD one Ability.

Peacock feathered Pin: [x2] This elegant looking pin seems to emanate a strange feeling of light and calm happiness when held. It's elegant length waves gently and cannot be broken no matter how hard one tries. Placing it on will grant an SD one ability...but pricking yourself with it could do something else...something very different...

Pricking yourself will negate the ability, so make sure you choose wisely...

Blackened Old Vial: This small vial looks ancient and thickly smudged with soot. When shaken, it can be heard that there is a little liquid inside though there can't be much. It smells of sulfur and can make the fingers sting if held for too long.

This item can be used in breeding with very strange effects or can be injected, swallowed, or poured over one's self. Each will do a different thing and could either grant abilities or change your SD permanently.

Deranged Mushroom: This tiny toadstool is a light fawn color with dark, almost purple spots. Every night at exactly midnight, it twitches violently for a few seconds and then uproots itself and moves. It runs about in frantic circles and squeaks pathetically for the duration of the one hour it is allowed to move. If captured, it can be eaten, used in a breeding, or the card/Rabbit can attempt to make it into a familiar. If the last choice is what you wish to pursue, realize that the Mushroom will only attach itself willingly to one type of Card, if your Card doesn't match up to it's standards or obsession, it will either be a malevolent, mischievous familiar, or might attempt to avoid them entirely. Broken Wing: This thin fine-boned wing looks as though it belonged to a tiny blackbird. It glistens in the light and flops about pathetically when moved. It tingles magically though...I wonder what it does?

Odd Pillbugs: Three brightly colored pillbugs roll about before you. One is pink and seems friendliest, one is red and bites, one is blue and stays curled up almost as though dead. Aged Arrow Feather: This feather looks like it may once have belonged to a pigeon and attached to an arrow. It crackles a little and every now and then, glows. When touched by an SD it will discharge one power before becoming a normal feather again.

Tiny watch: This miniature watch only ticks and moves at midnight and feels strangely tingly to the touch. It could be magical if used on the right person. If your character doesn't match the watches' type though...it could cast a rather...interesting curse.

~New Contest [Suit Anthem]~

Shining Bell: This tiny bell will allow its wearer to make tiny chiming sounds as they move. The appearance is rather elegant and will give the wearer the appearance of having far more grace than should be natural. It is about the size of a Human thumbnail and strung on a thin bit of purple silk.

~V-day!~

Pink Vial: This small vial contains an interesting pink liquid that shines even more vividly in low light than during the day. It smells slightly burnt and can only be used in breedings. When administered, this potion will ensure that one child in the breeding has up to four of the realms that the parents possessed. (Four is the maximum that Realms will normally mix). For example, if a Hisstor and a Torque were to breed; it is far more likely to get some mixed breeds but mostly dominant Torque and Torque mixes. This vial will ensure that there is a firm Hisstor/Torque mix, even though it would be exceedingly difficult for the dice to roll. Subsequently, if a Tulgey/Hisstor and a Torque/Highlander were to mate, it would ensure that one child ended up being Tulgey/Hisstor/Highland/Torque.

~Easter Time!~

Icy Ring: This strange ring glows intently and will fasten tightly onto the first finger it encounters. Once on or owned the owner can decide to do the following:
1. Embrace the strange tingling feeling.
2. Push the feeling back. (Use in a breeding)
3. Try to pry the ring off. Possible permanent change
4. Try to sell/give away the ring
5. Use any ability on the ring.
6. Reject the strange tingling feeling. Possible permanent change

~Holiday Contest~

Thin needle: This little needle has an emerald embedded in the eye! Nice! Makes it difficult to actually use though...bummer. When held, however, it is impossible not to prick yourself once. Once pricked, the SD will now find themselves able to, once a week, make it appear as though they actually had emeralds for eyes for a full minute. While this spell is in effect, any spell having to do with eyes, or sight will not affect them until the minute has gone by.

Birthday Gift of 2009

Miniature Coffin: This cherry wood box is varnished so heavily that it actually reflects the person looking into it's dark surface. It's edged with pewter and has been welded shut, the image of a Spade symbol burned into its lid. The sides have thin handles attached in the shape of mythical Unicorns and they are slightly tingly to the touch. The coffin itself is only about three feet long and about two feet in depth.

Who knows what might happen if this coffin were to be opened...

This is a highly magical object, Cards ranked Five and under will not even be able to get near it without running away in fear, if a Card ranked Five or under is forced to open the box, something truly horrifying may happen. As it is, be careful when selecting a character to open this box. Changes may occur and they will be entirely irreversible.


Hold on a tic! This box seems vaguely familiar, though there are significant differences...I wonder if they're part of a set?

Birthday Gift of 2010

Stuffed Mome Doll: This Mome plushie is patterned like an Avington dweller, antlers and all. How adorable. <3
Its fur is incredibly plush and its eyes sparkle when the light catches them, causing them to change to a very alive looking black-blue... Odd.
When touched it gives the owner the ability to, once a week, cause all children aged 16 or lower (regardless of rank) to follow them and do their bidding for a full hour. They will refuse to kill, but they are happy to otherwise run amok and do as the caster asks. The children, when affected, will gain an incredible ability for speed, moving so quickly that they are often a blur to the normal eye...though this speed will die if they are asked to do anything to a Spade. They are also able to (during the hour just like the speed gain) cause small fires to spring up wherever they step, they tend not to spread more than two feet and then go out, but if made on marble...they will catch though they can be put out by normal means. The caster can control up to three children at a time.
The children affected by this spell will not remember anything unless they are Clubs, wherein they would remember everything and even be aware as the events unfold, but unable to control themselves.
The plushie squirms a little at midnight...making tiny whimpering noises for three seconds...very easy to miss...
If it is touched, addressed, or gotten wet during this time...something very, very odd could happen...
