I know. I hit a dog on the way to school last week, and busted his back leg pretty bad--he was still able to get around alright, but he was in a lot of pain. Luckily the clinic in our area has this fund for people who can't afford to pay for a surgery that would otherwise save a perfectly good dog, and they were able to dip into that and get a pin put in and a cast put on.

Wot is going on with that pup anyways? Will he be alright or is the leg no good anymore?

I'm not sure--the last I heard he was back home and he was going to be okay, so hopefully he gets full functionality back in his leg.
