*Notes: His left back leg is bound up so tightly that half of the time he's up it lacks enough circulating blood, making it constantly "asleep". This is an odd sensation that could be passed off as a buzz, though the limb is nowhere near rotting off.

Basic Magical Ability: He can run up to 30mph in sprints and 20mph for up to an hour in extended runs
Moderate Magical Ability: When activated, he can see black-and-white clearly in the dark. This can be activated and deactivated at will. Should he look at a moderate to bright light with this ability activated, however, he will experience intense pain and be left with a splitting headache for up to one day.

Small power: He can cause feelings of hunger in others. It can cause distractions, and small pains in the pits of other stomachs. As he raises in rank, the power could get stronger and more formidable.
